Foreign Exchange

This store is a step up in price from Forever 21/​Wet Seal, with clothes more on the dressy and sparkly side. I wouldn’t shop here for day to day clothes, but I’ve gotten some chic clothes here. They also have some great sales… but on the regular it’s out of my price point.

First time shopping at this store. I hear about it a lot but never been in. Love their clothing. Super cute stuff. The only things I did not like was:
1. Was not greeted when I entered the store.
2. Nobody asked me if I needed help.
If I had experienced 1 & 2, I would have given 5 stars.

Although NO store should have boujie cashiers and/​or sales associates, Foreign Exchange is DEFINITELY not the store to have snooty cashiers. I like this store when I am on the go and need something fast. Is this store #1 in my wardrobe list? Absolutely not. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars today is because the manager Juan seemed to be genuine with his apology in regards to his snooty classless employee. Foreign Exchange may have just lost the loose change at the bottom of my purse. LOL. Maybe when the quality of the customer service isn’t equivalent to the price of the clothing (CHEAP), then maybe I will consider going back to this particular location. But thank you to the employees and manager who have been nice on the numerous occasions I have shopped there. :)

I love the store great stuff i always get everything there but today I learn my lesson next time that u get something make sure to ask about the return policy even if is regular price the manager is mean he needs some manners it’s sad how one person like that can take you away from the store that you love :-(

I LOVE this store. The girl who helped me was really friendly. They also have an awesome Buy one get one free promotion going on right now and it’s for the entire store! I bought four items priced at around $ 40 each and I only spent $ 81!!! I was so excited. Not only do they have cute clothes, their prices are affordable too!

I swear a better store has NEVER existed! I love how conveniently close it is to my place and the amazing deals they have all the time, not to say the amazing clothing– after looking for years and being extremely disappointment every time I went out shopping for clothes cause I couldnt find ‘my thing’, Target pretty much disappeared from the back of my mind as my to-​go place the first time I stepped into this store I knew I had met my other half: D. The staff there does their job, they are not completely overbearing and leave you to do your own shopping unlike in other stores, I love it there!
