FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Honestly just terrible. I only came here because a client wanted something shipped specifically from here. I had a box all ready to go, I didn’t know they’d be printing a label. Okay fine, I get that. But then I’m asked for the addresses that are clearly on the box and out of my reach. My co-​worker put in a wrong zip code and I was given shit for it, but google came to the rescue. Just the non-​helpfulness of this guy… so off putting. And while all this is going on, some woman is putting together books and the employee tells her he’s a fan, she says she’s starting a club, they’re doing all this while trying to do my transaction. I hope to never have to come back here to ship anything.
The only reason I’d come back is to make copies or fax something… and those are self-​help, so I don’t need to deal with the other workers who clearly would rather be elsewhere.

Had an order delivered here and they never called me for pickup– person answering phone said they called me– have calls dating back before my order was placed– they lied!!! You cannot count on this office to notify you– you will need to call them!!! Not the way fedex gets continued business

I wanted to get some candy and I waited three hours to pay it, then no one came I asked a woman she said I had to wait for a man than the man told me he didn’t have the badge so then should I pay by myself? I gave up and left. The staff here is totally incompetent !!!

This review was updated because the manager was recently changed and Raul, who now runs the store during daytime/​weekday business hours, is extremely helpful and warrants a five-​star review. I had an obnoxiously sized object and he was patient with helping me understand pricing & shipping options; he also helped me select appropriate packaging and worked with me to figure out the best/​most efficient/​cheapest way to ship. The rest of the staff helped with the packaging and carrying of my item, and I felt that it has now become a solid environment. Good work, Raul — appreciated.

we had to come here at 7am to print out papers that were time sensitive and we had to be back at work within the hour. the employee showed up at 7:15am to open the fedex which meant i too would be late for work. this was a super stressful morning all thanks to this employee.

Terrible customer service. Not friendly. Rude. Had to print two head shots and the guy printed the absolute worst quality imaginable of the photos. Then made me pay for it. Wasn’t anything what I paid for. Absolute bull. Don’t go for any printing needs.

Every time I come to this store (and this was the last time), someone there lies to me. Last time they asked if I’d like them to put my box in a FedEx box for me, and they did, and had the nerve to charge me $ 6 without telling me that’s what they were doing. I could have shoved my package in their FedEx box for free!
This time I needed to print a 2×2 passport photo, which apparently they don’t do, but the guy directed me to the Sony photo print machine. When all that would come up were 4×6 or 5x7s, I said I needed a 2×2, and he told me it could be sized and wouldn’t go to 4×6. It never asked to size it, and it went to 4×6. Then it wouldn’t give me back my credit card.
Everyone there is incompetent, and rarely do the machines work. I used to go when it was Kinkos and they knew what they were doing. No one there does. You’d be better off going to the FedEx store on Sepulveda. This place is a hot mess.

The woman working with dark hair is rude. Doesn’t even bother to turn around to help a customer. Makes me take 15 min to get something that should take a minute. Customer service needs a redo here. Horrible staff and service. Only nice worker was the older white woman.

As someone who frequents Fedex locations all over the country but especially in Los Angeles I usually dread my visits. However, this location is quickly becoming my favorite. Greeted upon arrival with a smile, helped promptly and efficiently, and out the door within minutes. In the FedEx world this is unheard of. So, thanks Raul, Lara, and staff.

I have written a very poor review of this FedEx office on 3÷11÷15, but today, everything ran smoothly. They were much more courteous and engaging. Maybe last time I came in was a fluke, but it was good customer service today and the employees seemed to be working as a team. Phew! They are so close to home and so convenient!

I have to come here to print out items for work all the time and they are always so slow and half the time don’t even acknowledge you standing at the counter. I was once told to stand to the side and wait for a minute while the guy helped 4 OTHER PEOPLE — then, after 30 minutes, someone else finally asked me if I had been helped yet.
Unfortunately I still have to go here because it’s still close to work, but if you can help it — find another FedEx store.

I used the Fed Ex part of the services, and I wasn’t happy. Shipped something overnight for a client. I was never given any options of their rates and what I could use to make it economical for me. They charged me a huge sum of money. I use them very rarely so I thought this was what I had to pay. After speaking with someone who ships a lot through Fed Ex, he explained all their different rates. I’ve never been all that pleased with Fed Ex to begin with, and this didn’t help.
Used the Kinko’s part before — they’re fine.

We had a huge proposal due for work the next morning for some clients, and needed to get a couple of booklets printed last minute. We tried a number of Fedex Offices and no one was really able to help out. We were having issues with our colors and their appearance once printed, and the two gentlemen working in this store were the only ones who went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
I emailed them over our project, and we called each other back and forth keeping in touch about the print job — we were having some issues, as I said, and I ended up just driving up there 20 minutes before they closed. They were more than helpful, and even stayed after closing hours to make sure I got what I needed.
I would definitely drive the 20 miles to come out to this store again just because of the fact that with all the trouble I was having, they did their best to help me, and provided me with exactly what I needed.
Definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Fedex, if you read this fix your damn system, two location and same problem, can’t even print a simple paper from an email… And for the staff who get bashed on for not being helpful. They also walk away if they can’t do what you need and start assisting others, thanks!

This is a large FedEx Center that has everything you need to get things done in a pinch: printing, packing, office supplies, binding, laminating, etc. They have a good-​sized work area with internet access (pay by the minute) and self-​serve printing stations. I do a lot of work with engineers in the area and come here whenever I need printing done.
The only complaint I would have is that they always seem to be understaffed — they get pretty busy processing orders so there’s often a wait — not so convenient when you’re up against a deadline. The good thing is that a lot of their services are self-​serve.

This is the closest Fedex location to my office building, and I come several times a week to drop-​off shipments and pick up print orders.
As far as the shipment side goes, it’s a bit of a mess. I send the same shipment 2 – 3 times a week to our sister office in Canada, so you would think after a while, the process would be down to a science. Nope. I will say, though, It definitely depends which person is helping you.

I came here tonight after an unsuccessful attempt to get ANY customer service at another FedEx location on Laurel Canyon.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in through the door and I was told that I would be helped momentarily. When I explained the bad experience I had at the other location and what it was I needed, Gary, was very helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. I’ll be giving this location all my future business and recommendations.

They are the worst. For two hours I got told my file was bad, I tried four different formats at their request. All printed with ghost images. After I Unilocaled and found All Printing down the street, I went there and they printed the file perfectly the first try.
FedEx Kinkos called two hours later to say they found an offset problem with their printer. Too late.
The fed-​Kinkos staff here is a little older, colder, and just not technically savvy enough to print high quality large format images.
Go see the awesome staff and excellent work of All Printing down the street. They do it right the first time. They saved me at the last minute.

Like a dumb ass I ordered a special dress from New York
which had to be returned…
But on the way home from work I came for Gary and Rami to box and ship the precious cargo back to NYC.
The place is a little busy and it’s hard to figure out where to stand in line but once they get you rehabilitated into the proper FedEx protocol, things worked out well.
It was a dream dress but alas, if it had to go back, it was handled very well.

It was the first time I came here for prints. I had a few pages from my laptop and…
The printers accept memory stick which I didn’t have. Gary, an employee, suggested I connect my laptop to the Ethernet cable on one of their free laptop «cubicles» and send it to print.
I tried but no printer of theirs showed up on the Print menu on my laptop.
I went back and Alex, another employee, suggested I email it and he would print it.
Back to my laptop, I located my file and tried to attach it to my Yahoo or Gmail email I composed but strangely both failed. First I thought somethings wrong with the connection and so uploading is disrupted. I went back and Alex offered to come check.
He sat by my computer and tried the same, it failed again. Then suggested i close some windows to make the PC run smoother. I couldn’t believe it’s the problem since my PC is only 2 months old and with powerful performance specs.
He did close a couple windows and … the files attached successfully.
He then asked if I had defragmented my PC and I said it’s practically new. But I told him the C drive got mysteriously full by some Windows folders that grew to an enormous size.
He checked my C drive and then went through some folders to find where’s the problem. Then I saw these folders and he went there, checked their names and looked it up on Google… of course I could have done it my self long ago, but that was some technical pain I tried to postpone and immersed myself in creative projects while my new computer just slowed down by the day.
In a few minutes Alex came back with the copies and said: «don’t worry, it’s on the house». I smiled my first smile of the day, it was 6:30 pm.
