Dynamic Nursing

I have bone marrow cancer. I had Teresa Garduno from Dynamic she has no license for caregiver but I only needed her help in keeping my house tidy and drive me to the Drs. She spoke no English was fresh from Mexico, came to me when she did not have an American drivers license which was unbeknownst to me. She has an attitude problem I put up with. I took her out for lunch or made lunch for her, never once smiled or said «thank you» I have a cleaning lady every other week for the «rough» work. She walked on out me in the middle of her shift, her manager said she was «burned out».

We’ve had Dynamic Nursing taking care of my mom for over two years. As her health steadily declined, my family was able to work with the care giving staff at Dynamic to tailor a care and staffing plan that met our mother’s growing care needs. Every care giver that we’ve had at the house (and there have been a number of different care givers as we have 24-​hour care now) has been simply amazing. Each of them treat my mom as if she’s family. They all genuinely care about her and it shows. Sharon, the case manager is truly amazing — not only addressing all of our staffing needs but also stopping by the house on a regular basis to check in and see how my mom is doing. While this is certainly something that can easily be done by looking at her charts and records, the personal visits show just how committed she is to the health and well-​being of her patients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dynamic Nursing to anyone who needs help and support to care for their family in their homes. Watching my mom’s health decline has been an emotionally difficult — and that difficulty was compounded by her relatively young age. But knowing that we have this amazing care for her makes this so much easier because we have the peace of mind knowing that she’s very well taken care of by the staff at Dynamic.

This company is very professional, and we were very satisfied with the services provided. Our regular caregiver was out of town and we were in need of one for my 92 year old mother. The young woman Dynamic Nursing sent was always on time, well-​prepared, and well mannered. She treated my mother with kindness and respect. I would use their services again!

Stay away from this evil people… Jeff «tha’ Brain «who is on charge getting new clients… then he’ll send «caregivers «out for $ 9/​h and they don’t speak English, no knowledge about nutrition, balanced meal or basic diabetic questions… Awful services… worst in L.A. Shame on them …

I could not begin to tell you how bad this company is. My in-​laws have been using this company for a few years and thank goodness we got rid of them. Once in a while they company would have a good person come and stay for a while but there is so much turn over it would never last. They pay their people $ 11 and charge you $ 18 and up, no wonder they don’t stay. You get what you pay for.
Jeff is the VP, I have spoke to him over the past year asking to be notified if we will be billed over our benefits, he promised we will. Of course I was not and he promised it would not happen again. Guess what it happened again and we are not talking about small amounts. I never received an apology, they could care less.
They have no care manager that will coordinate the workers and the needs of the clients. They send random people when a regular person is sick without informing us, some of them are sketchy and have ZERO experience. They don’t have ID’s or cards so it confuses the elderly. They don’t care or make ANY effort to sett up a care plan for the clients. They just send people to baby sit. If it were not for some of the few caregivers themselves caring it would be horrific.
Let’s get to the billing, they have Marilyn who could care less about anything there other then getting money and lots of it. Her attitude is disgusting, rude and revolting. I told the VP and her a number of time on the phone and via email to send me the bills and contact me if there are any issues or if the bills are over the what the insurance will pay. Do you think they did that? Nope, they just let the bills pile up and said they emailed my 90 year old father in-​law and did not have my contact info .I call BS!!!
I asked Marilyn for copies of all the bills they were sending to the insurance company for payment and can you believe she told me no. When I pressed she said she would have to customize the billing and redo it… that does not sound too legit does it?
Speaking of billing, their billing would make a CPA cry its so confusing, they apply insurance checks to invoices they should not. Can you imagine how a senior would feel if they had read and pay the bills!!! OMG its so confusing they would go crazy and be confused to the ends of the earth.
If you value you loved ones care and your sanity you really should never use this company. They are money hungry and could care less about you or your family.

Horrible. Only interested in money. The woman in charge will threaten you with collections, even though you are waiting for the check from the Long Term Care company to PAY YOU! The last thing someone needs when they have their hands full taking care of an elderly person/​loved one. The service is AWFUL too. The guy didn’t show up for 2 of the 6 days we had scheduled. When he cancelled the second time, I cancelled the contract. I am a physician and I know quality. Stay away from this company!
