They honored my apportionment on time (a rarity these days), The tech was very professional and patient. The only place in the valley that has the upright MIR. It is the only way to go if you are claustrophobic like me.

Long story made short:
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS PLACE.
THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF, AND BY THIS I MEAN SOMEONE NAMED IRENE WHO SEEMS TO COMMANDEER THE PHONES, FEELS COMPELLED TO COVER HER ERRORS BY TRYING TO TELL YOU ANYTHING THAT POPS INTO HER HEAD, PRATTLING IN A MOST OBNOXIOUS WAY, NEVER BOTHERING TO ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ASK, HOPING YOU’LL JUST GIVE UP, SAY OKAY, AND BELIEVE ANYTHING SHE SAYS, IF ONLY TO GET HER TO STOP PRATTLING AT YOU ABOUT TANGENTIAL IRRELEVANT STUPIDITY.
IF YOU TRY TO DISAGREE WITH HER AND BRING HER BACK TO THE TOPIC, SHE GOES ON ANOTHER BABBLING SPREE, THEN HANGS UP ON YOU!

THE RADIOLOGIST MAY BE GOOD, BUT HIS OFFICE STAFF WILL RUIN HIM.
Long version:
My background is in medical imaging. I’m a medical illustrator and create teaching materialS, both illustrated and animated, for surgeons to teach other surgeons new procedures and for patient education as well.
I originally came to this place so I could get my regular mammograms done closer to where I live in the Sherman Oaks hills.
First this place kept canceling my appointments because their machine was down. They said they’d call me back in a month to reschedule. They didn’t. I phoned them back 6 weeks later, and sure enough their machine was up and running again. Surprise.
At that visit I had requested they cc Dr Rosenberg (my unmentioned spouse) as well as the ordering physician with the radiology report. Neither doctor received any follow up. I prompted them again and finally got them to fax it directly to me, then called my ordering physician who’s office had received nothing, so I faxed my copy to them.
The report showed some serious irregularities and suggested I follow up with a breast ultrasound which I did immediately. The ultrasound tech there was very good.
That report also showed irregularities. So I followed up with the radiologist’s suggested breast MRI which had to be performed at another place. This other place asked if I had a copy disk of the films for them to compare. So I again called Diagnostic Imaging Network and spoke to Irene who insisted that I did not need a copy disk because no one can compare an X-​ray to an MRI.
Apparently she believes she knows more than the radiologists, including any of my close personal friends who are specifically thoracic radiologists.
Then the MRI place had to call me to ask if it’s okay for them to request a copy disk. The MRI results were concerning enough that they were willing to send a courier over to get them immediately.
Now my biopsy shows 3 malignant lesions. Most likely I’ll have to undergo chemotherapy.
ALL THIS WAS DELAYED BY SEVERAL WEEKS OR MONTHS BECAUSE OF SLOPPY FRONT OFFICE PRACTICE.

I doubt the radiologist there know (or maybe doesn’t care) how incompetent his front office staff is.
