If you are looking to buy, rent, or sell I highly recommend Dan as your realtor. We decided to sell our current home and upgrade. I did extensive research in possible locations desirable for my family and I. I not only selected neighborhoods, but specifc homes I wished to visit that were on sale. After giving a list of our priorities for our future home to Dan, I also gave him the list of the homes I had found on the internet. He was very gracious and immediately set up appointments for each home on my list. That was worth 5 stars alone! He also had several other homes he had researched for us that were not yet public and made sure we were at ease when selecting the largest purchase of our lives.
