Customized LIfestyle Fitness Programs:

Cat carries the weight of the fitness world on her shoulders. She feels it’s her responsibility to do all she can to help improve the health status of the «every man».

From weight loss to weight gain, back pain to knee pain, flexibility to core strength, Cat’s certain to help you discover what is needed to get you on the path to being fit long-term. If you are ready to take the step to truly be fit and stay fit, Cat’s the one to provide a customized program according to your lifestyle.

You may ask yourself, «What makes Cat more qualified than the average personal trainer?» Answer: Cat is NOT a personal trainer. She went through getting certified in the beginning of her career; but by then, Cat had already served in our US ARMY, had a successful career as a competitive sprinter and spent her youth learning the do’s and don’ts in the kitchen. It brings us full circle to why Cat has the tools to customize your new lifestyle modification program.

History

Established in 2004.

In 1998, Cat was instantly recognized in the US ARMY as a leader. She was mentored by her Drill Sergeant because she had glowing leadership qualities that could not be ignored. Her mentor provided the opportunity for Cat to lead 24 – 30 female soldiers through morning fitness routines and marching drills without fail. Once her military career was over, Cat maintained those values and began to use herself as a base for her new Lifestyle Fitness Program. From physical manipulation to nutritional discoveries, her tests and experiments led her to finally launching her independent career in 2004. She then went through a certification program to make sure she was up to the general standards of what is known to be a qualified instructor and now she is comfortable going public with this program and presenting it to the world.
