I also would give ZERO stars here. I spent hours there and was looking forward to leaving w a Buick Encore lease. They said I could print out a renewal registration while there to get the 1,000 rebate for switching from Audi to Buick and then changed their mind after I took the time to do it. The salesman said «the managers were wrong.» Your managers were mistaken? Such a waste of time and they don’t honor what they say. Very unprofessional. GO ELSEWHERE!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. We had the worst salesman. He didn’t give us his name. I do know he has a six year old daughter. My husband and I drove 45 minutes after we had a guaranteed price via email from his boss. The car was for me, and the salesman would only look and speak with my husband. I asked him to tell me about the entertainment center and he said «it’s self explanatory.» We sat down and after a few minutes of me asking questions, and him ignoring me unless the questions came from my husband, I asked to speak with his manager. Long story short, Christine, said that she couldn’t give us the deal they had given us in a written email… And was saying we could only get that lease price if we put $ 4,500 as a down payment. Just a joke. Such a horrible experience.

Buick GMC Sherman Oaks is the same as Casa de Cadilac so I wanted to be sure my review was posted in the right place. They’re the worst. Rene, the service manager, would not even provide me with copy of my warranty — let alone advocate for GM to provide required repairs. The only reason to go to Casa de Cadilac is to experience GM’s culture — deny design defects, cover up quality issues, and wait for your next government bailout, I repeated requested warranty language on a common paint defect and was stone walled. I took the car back to Woodland Hills Buick (where I purchased it) and they at least explained everything. No dealer is going to change GM, but how about a little customer service. Thankfully I did not buy my car at Casa de Cadilac and won’t ever have to return. Not nearly as important, but the waiting room for service department didn’t even provide bottled water. Woodland Hills Buick has lots of FREE beverage and snack choices. Again, don’t buy or service your car at Casa de Cadilac.

The sales staff is great! They worked with me to make sure that I was able to get a car that I could afford. I will definitely be back when it is time to get my next car!

I called on a Monday with a car emergency. No available appts until next week… So I proceeded to ask the nice young lady if my car was under warranty (obviously to take it somewhere else immediately and not the following week), she refused to answer my question avoiding it with other answers. I asked her again, no answer. I asked one last time and nicely said to answer me and stop avoiding the question, she then transferred me to some guy. He was miraculously able to fit me in for an appt that Friday! Wonder why.
I called back on Wednesday to speak to someone about my appt, and guess what?! No appointment found anywhere.
I depend on my car for work, what Sherman Oaks GMC did to me as a customer is unacceptable. Especially since it costs at least $ 100 in maintenance once you even drive you car on the lot. Starting with poor customer service can’t be good for business.
Needless to say, Sherman Oaks GMC was unhelpful and unprofessional. I do not recommend people go to this GMC

I will think of them again when I need another car.
Don was a great guy, who made sure I had what I wanted before driving off the lot with whatever.
