Allstate Insurance: Matthew Marsh

My daughter was involved in an accident. Her car was totaled! They took care of paying off the car because it was on lease. Nothing came out of my pocket. They were very helpful!

I’ve thought about looking at another company from time to time, but I hesitate because I receive such personalized service from Matthew Marsh and his team. Saving money is great, but convenience trumps the few dollars I might save elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

So far looks good it was easy to get a quite and get my insurance, time will tell how is the service! so far is pretty good.

Been with Matt for years for both auto and homeowners. Their customer service is always excellent, and over the years I have been able to rely on them to go out of the way when I needed it. Highly recommend Matt and his team.

Can’t say enough about Matt Marsh and his team. I have Allstate auto and homeowner’s insurance with them. They are very responsive and always meet my needs. A few years back, Allstate wanted to cancel my homeowner’s insurance because I live in a high fire risk area. Matt really went to bat for me and even called my local Fire Marshall to get an early inspection for my home. Customer service like that is rare today so I will always highly recommend Matt.

Been with the predecessor agency and now Matthew Marsh, I think their customer service is great, they also worked with me to get my auto insurance lowered. They were responsive. Met all my expectations and then some.

This is by far one of the worse companies I’ve had to deal with. All payments were sent in on time and even though their customer service was not the best we were fine with the mediocre service. There were some changes to our personal info, but nothing that a monkey couldn’t handle. A few months after our changed info we received a cancelled notice from the parent company our insurance was purchased from. Comes to find our all payments and notices were just casually «sitting in their office» (on a desk or thrown in the trash most likely). After numerous calls, speaking to clueless reps (of whom barely understand English) we were told by our agent’s office «if I tell ju the trus *truth* ju gonna get mad wit me» and I quote! WTH! You are operating a business not talking on the phone with your friends. In the end we had to send in proof of payment to the underwriter for our insurance and undo the lack of work our rep did (or didn’t do)!

Been with Michael Pohl Allstate Insurance Agent for over 14 years and until recently when I was in an accident simple queries as to why my insurance almost doubled he has been reluctant to return my emails; still waiting for an answer 13 days later and three emails.
Need to shop around and give my $$ to some other insurance; who needs an agent who has no time for their customers.
