History
Established in 2013.
After operating several restaurants in France, we had the desire to open our restaurant in USA. We love the United States, we have traveled a lot and stayed in the West America because we love horses and long rides with them in the fabulous landscapes of the West USA.It is a real dream come true today, we are very happy to live in the USA with our little family.
After selling my restaurant” Le Vieux Bruxelles” last May in Sologne (France) I was able to get the status of a U.S. resident for me and my family and so can finally realize my childhood dream. Living and working in the U.S. and open my French restaurant. I traveled the USA from east to west for more than four months to find where to establish my restaurant even opened a small restaurant seasonal summer in Idaho before having the chance to find here in Indiana thanks to of customers of my restaurant in idaho that are good friends
Meet the Business Owner
Florence F.
Business Owner
I studied and graduated high school, hostelry and catering in the town of Namur and Libramont, Belgium. I cook with my heart and my French & Belgian heritage. But I like to be creative and challenge my skills. I look for new ways to refine classic French recipes and techniques. I try new combinations of ingredients, experiment with different culinary traditions and use the freshest products. I want everyone to enjoy the taste of every single item on the plate.
At the French manor I propose to you an unforgettable trip to the heart of the French and Belgian cuisine
