Quest Diagnostics

Terrible experience. I have a big scar on my left arm where they drew my blood which means they didnt do it correctly. I have had blood drawn before at other places with no issues. I just hope that it doesnt turn into something more terrible like an infection or something.
The staff who attended me was absolutely cold which is still okay if they would have done their job okay. I am not going to this place again.

MY ARM IS IN SO MUCH PAIN! I went to this quest with my freind and she waited in the waiting room as I got my blood drawn keep in mind I have crohns and have had 20 blood transfusions and every other month I get my blood drawn for test. I went to this quest when I usually go to the one in Tomball and the lady that was drawing my blood was careless and was rough and did not care for my vein at all so when I left my arm hurt so I looked at it and I had a HUGE welt on my arm Cuz the blood wasn’t able to come out of my arm so I was bleeding form the inside and I started to flip I had never had his happen so I ran up the stairs with my freind and knocked on the door to the suit and the nurse yelled form the back office at a boy in the waiting room do not open that door so I knocked harder as my panic grew and she kept yelling don’t let them in and my freind banged on the door seeing my panic and the lady or «nurse» finally walked out and said what do you want before u break my door I ran over and said I have a gaint welt what is this! She acted like nothing and said it’s not that big of deal and tells me go sit in whatever room in a irrated voice as the lady who did my blood hides in the back for the rest of the time and they take there sweet time looking for a warm pack and then proceeds to tell me you can leave now. My arm is still in pain 4 hours later. They are completely unprofessional I will never be back. They were so worried about leaving at 5! That they were careless and irrated with me a customer. If u don’t want to help poeple and do it right don’t work in the medical field!!!

Horrible!!! To run a lab and ensure short wait times why not hire more phlebotomists. What about a receptionist? You stand there waiting, and waiting, and waiting… no one until the phlebotomists comes to check in the next person. They are rude with no professionalism what so ever. On top of that I’m sitting in a full room with no chairs listening to a baby scream for over 20min. And still crying. I’m a director of nursing and rule of thumb if you can’t get after the 2^nd try then get help. I felt so bad for the poor baby and the kids in the waiting room.
Don’t try and call either. …they don’t pick up!!!

I went in today and no minute I sat down they called my name. I was very pleased especially since I left the one on Hargrove road because people were waiting over an hour !! I will come to this one on six pines from now on !! They seem more concerned rather than goofing off at the other Quest location.

Terrible attitude, bad manners in an already awkward situation.
