Dinges Auto Glass

I made an appointment to get the windshield replaced on my Audi after it got damaged by a golf ball (not mine I might add), drove the 15 miles at the appointed time only to be told that they didn’t have the windshield. NO phone call to tell me this, just said I had 2 choices, either drive 40 miles to Glenwood or reschedule! I chose the third option (which I wasn’t given) to take my business elsewhere. Over the course of the next hour, I received no less than 5 phone calls, bad mouthing the place I chose to do the work (actually had the windshield) and giving me grief for not doing business with them. Totally unprofessional conduct!!! I try to do business close to home rather than drive to the «big city». These people did nothing but convince me to go elsewhere.
