When I called Michael Petruccelli of TrentonHawk Technologies, LLC, I did so because I had used another person a month ago to clean up and fix my computer. What the other person did messed up and slowed down my computer, so I checked on Unilocal to see who in my area could be recommended. I called Mike after reading several 5-​star comments made by clients he had helped. I am a 72 year old man who still works in education part-​time and I use my computer quite a bit. I have always trusted Unilocal helping me find good restaurants, etc. Mike Petruccelli of TrentonHawk Technologies was the first person I called. He was courteous on the phone and listened to my concerns. He arrived when he said he would and listened to what I wanted and needed as he cleaned up this computer. When I asked him about my purchasing a new computer, he told me that he could build one to my exact specifications and that it would run much faster than even this old one that he worked on today. He took his time explaining everything to me as he cleaned my old computer, stopping to answer any questions I might have. As far as I am concerned, Mike is my «Go To» man for technology from now on. I am already lining him up with other technological issues that I would like solved in my home. Honesty is his policy and his prices are below others that I had checked out. I recommend him highly as he treats his clients with respect.

Michael knows what he’s doing when removing viruses or unneeded files to make your computer run as fast as possible. He has the best programs to do these operations. His knowledge of computer operations is extraordinary. Besides that, his fees are affordable. That’s why I recommend him to my friends and professional associates who use computers and need to be up and running.

I purchased a internet router setup service visit through Amazon from Mike from Trentonhawk, after finding favorable reviews online. Mike was courteous and timely in his communications and arrived on time. He identified the problem with our old router set-​up and systematically tested speeds on our main devices (phones, laptops). He then re-​configured the router settings to guarantee the great speeds that extended throughout our home, including reaching the basement and second floor. With his modifications, we were able to eliminate a rented router (which will save almost $ 100 per year) as well as two extra routers that I had purchased when trying unsuccessfully to extend our old network (I will now sell these on eBay for another $ 100). Mike is friendly and patient, and explained everything as he went along. He also followed up the week after to make sure that I didn’t have any additional questions. I had spent a large amount of time trying to solve these issues before on my own by reading online about configuring wireless networks, but Mike made it so easy. I now feel confident and capable of troubleshooting should any problem arise in the future. We were extremely satisfied, and will contact Mike again as other household computer and electronics needs arise.

I love writing well-​deserved awesome reviews, as I am about to write for Mike and Trentonhawk Tech. My laptop was infected and Mike gave me an incredibly reasonable price to swipe it and reinstall Windows 7. Now this 8-​year-​old laptop that was seemingly circling the drain is back to life again and faster than ever. Mike is highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and gave me a really fast turnaround time. I’d go back to him in a heartbeat with any tech issues. I am really happy I found Trentonhawk and highly recommend for any computer-​related issues.
