I went in to buy a used appliance but the employee asked me what was wrong with it and showed me how to fix it right in the store very pleasant experience will go again

They USED to be a quality business when we bought an appliance from them 7 – 8 yrs. ago. Recently we had a repairman to come out and look at an ailing small appliance. It took them a week to fit us into their schedule, the repairman came with the diagnostic tools, ordered the part… wrong part came, re ordered ’ the right part’ .brought it to the house & it wasn’t the fix. So much for those diagnostic tools… Gave up on them and went to Home Depot, bought the appliance we needed and husband installed it… Quality, you need to clean up your act and live up to your name. Your phone service is rude, dates aren’t kept with the customer, diagnostics mistakes made, wrong parts ordered and on & on!!! Lord, how DO you stay in business? We won’t be doing business with you anymore, it’s like throwing our money down a rat hole.

The worst experience of my life. I bought appliances for 12 new houses that I built & I will not be buying the next 12 from them. They even disclosed my invoice to my client, whom I’m building the houses for. This small company is far from«Quality,» unprofessional & overpriced.
