The Timbers Resort is secluded in the Mark Twain National Forest on a cove at the foot of Shell Knob Mountain on Table Rock Lake in the southwest corner of Missouri. The individual log cabins are 50 – 60 feet apart which gives you privacy and are approx. 150 – 200 feet from the lake. The Timbers is open all year giving the opportunity to experience all four seasons. They are completely furnished with full kitchens, full bath, private bedrooms, wood burning fireplace, central air, cable TV, VCR/​DVD player, front porch with porch swing or park bench, Weber charcoal grill, picnic table and outdoor campfire pit. Parking by the cabin. There is a 12 slip covered boat dock and 4 wave runner docks, swim deck, water trampoline, pool, hot tub, horseshoe pit, children’s playground, and washer/​dryer facility. Bed linens, bath towels, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, basic dishes and cookware, silverware and utensils, salt and pepper, paper towels, dish washing liquid and dishwasher detergent, and

History

Established in 1990.

The Timbers Resort and Lodge is a log cabin resort built to be enjoyed all year; it is rustic and secluded yet comfortable and modern just a short walk to the lake. It is centrally located so besides enjoying Mark Twain National Forest and Table Rock Lake, it is just a short drive to Branson, MO, or Eureka Springs, AR.
