I brought my yorkie in to be groomed. Upon arrival I found the receptionist to be not just unfriendly but rude. I began to question whether or not I should walk right out the door. (I should have trusted my gut). I was reassured however when the groomer came out and was upbeat and friendly. My dog was scheduled for a 1 pm appointment and I was told by the receptionist it would be about 3 – 4 hours. I called at 4:50 to make sure she was ready, but no answer. A few minutes later I get a call that my dog would not be ready until 6 pm and that there was another dog in front of her. 5 hours??? Really??? Not to mention that my dog is a senior dog. I told the receptionist to just forget the haircut and that I would be picking my dog up. When I got there 15 minutes later I could see my dog on the table being groomed. The were obviously trying to scramble to get her done even though I said to «forget it». I got my half trimmed dog and left. When I got home with her she had two separate abrasions on her snout along with some dried blood. I do NOT recommend!
