Food has always been just ok but it close to work so we go frequently. Today I ordered a shredded beef bowl. When the worker scooped the rice into the bowl she had a strange look on her face but I didn’t think much of it at the time. I checked out and returned to my office. I took my first bite and understood why she had a strange look on her face as the rice was raw, not under cooked, but uncooked. Not actually mad at this point I thought it would be nice to call to warn them about the rice situation before they serve it to more people. I spoke with an employee on the phone that replied, «OK Bye» after i explained the situation. I was willing to excuse the employees behavior of knowingly serving the raw rice but now knowing that it appears to be a willful customer service issue I think I will avoid this location.

The food is so disgusting. I bought a shredded beef bowl. Not only did i waste almost $ 9.00, but i also couldnt even eat more than 3 – 4 bites. I will never eat here again. The food is plain and everything taste like tuna. The meat melted in my mouth while chewing. I have never been so grossed out by a restaurant till today. UPDATE: ive spent the last hour on the toilet, and qdoba is the only thing i had today that could have causes this. Probably from that watery sour cream in the squeeze bottle!!!

The food was not bad but I think the staff needs customer service training Very poor attitude toward customers The girl at the register could not get my quesadilla into the to go container and when I got to my hotel realized that the quesadilla was a total mess. Chipotle is by far better

Really? What had happened here. I’ve never been disappointed until now. She was actually counting the black beans and took 4 back. Who does that? I’m willing to pay more, food prices have gone up, but don’t give me a bowl half full. Then you ask if I want queso or shredded cheese and itwas an upcharge. I asked for veggies and paid fill price for two pieces of onion and one slice of green pepper? If I’m going to pay extra at least give me something to eat. SHAMEONYOU!

One of the best Qdobas I’ve been to! The staff is super nice, and the food is always delicious and at the proper temperature. Good job!

I really like this location! It’s always clean and the guys working here seem to like their job and be happy. I have only gone in a few times, never during a lunch or peak dinner time. I cant comment on if it’s different with 20 people in line. I can say that I have never had issues. The food at Qdoba beats Chipolte hands down. It’s always yumtastic. They have 3 flavors of queso now too-diablo(YUM) Verde(YUM) or just regular queso. I’d advise you mixing the Verde and Diablo while they both still exist for a flavor bomb! The one off thing about this place is the parking lot. You can park in front, but you are next to 3 other popular places so you may not find a spot. If you park on the side and come in that door, you are entering the end of the line where people are paying for food. You cannot get through the dining area without going back outside and coming in the front(pain in the ass) or cutting behind everyone in line to get back to the front. It’s a bizarre set up. They should have the side door marked for exit only or to enter the other door. Other then that, good food, staff, and the pop machine is fun. Gold Peak Tea also has a few flavor choices. Fully stocked utensil area also. THe lid area could use some work, but that’s typical of an establishment like this right? Nice new store-you should stop in.

First time at Qdoba thanks to a gift card! The staff was awesome and gave my boyfriend and I a few recommendations and let us try a few sauces and salsas before we decided on our meals. I had the queso burrito with chicken. I enjoyed the taste of the queso wrapped in a wheat tortilla. The chicken was a little flavorless for my liking. The guacamole(extra charge) was nice and fresh and a little on the spicy side, just the way I like it. The burrito was fully loaded but as soon as you have a bite the whole burrito falls apart. Definitely ended up fork and knifing it. My boyfriend ordered a naked queso burrito with steak. The steak wasn’t seasoned enough to either of our likings but still tasted good enough. The sour cream, black beans and white cheese was a great combination together. The prices were a little pricier than Chipotle. My boyfriend usually gets double steak in his burrito bowls there and our total was more here than with double everything at Chipotle. I love that Qdoba has a rewards card though! When you first sign up you get an option of a free chips and salsa or a free regular sized beverage. Every 10 entrees purchased you get a free entrée. Also they send you coupons occasionally and a free meal for your birthday. Also the Coke machine is the kind with the million selections which is also a plus. I will definitely be back. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Just wished the prices were a little cheaper. They also had quesadillas, nachos, soup, salads and tacos.

Big Fan of Qdoba. especially the Naked Burrito’s! They sent me a Birthday BOGO, that Brandon the manager was kind enough to honor with my license & Q card. Ordered mine with both rice selections & both beans, pork & shredded beef &6 of the salsas + cheese & sour cream. Honestly there were some hiccups in the food prep line & cashing out, but all to be expected on day #2. The staff was very kind/polite, but overwhelmed, plus 89X is doing a remote & giveaways adding to the crowds Yes I will be back, because the Qdoba on Rochester Road & Auburn is not so good.
