I started the agency in 1990 with several goals in mind:

Basically, I set out to outperform the competion while interacting with clients as I would appreciate being treated. At TEDDY Bail Bonds I believe we have succeeded in doing just that.

I do not judge you based upon crimes you have been accused of and charged with. I understand, most of all, that sometimes good people do bad things. Many times defendants are wrongly accused or overcharged. As a lifelong resident of Shelby, NC, I understand the citizens of Cleveland County. I graduated from Shelby High School and then proceeded to graduate from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. With a bachelors degree in Business Management.

I have continued my education and experience with each of the last 25 years. I hold, or have held, numerous professional licenses and certificates. Just to mention a few are as follows:
