Great salon and spa experience every time. Sandy has done so much with the new location that it’s hard to stay away. The product and makeup selection is great and all the stylists bring something different to the table. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend Hat’s Off Salon and Spa in Uptown Shelby.
