Mr. Cerwin has practiced law in Shelby, NC for over 25 years. His practice is focused on Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation. Associate, Mr. Mark Wilson’s practice is concentrated on Child Custody, Divorce, and criminal matters. Mr. Cerwin has practiced law in Cleveland County for over 25 years. Mr. Cerwin is a native of Burlington, Wisconsin and received his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law in North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of North Carolina and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
