Student Painters

We used the branch in Indianapolis. At first we were really excited about it. Our contact was very professional, he gave us a great estimate, we were happy to support a college student… We then called about our job that was to start in late July, and we could not get a hold of our contact. We then called the corporate office where we were told we had a new contact that would be reaching out to us soon. That new contact did reach out, and the person came out to power wash the house. He was courteous, quick, and picked up all of the paint chips in the yard. We were never told when the painting would begin…
We came home one day after work and they were painting the house. No one introduced themselves and then they just left. They came back the next day and again, no one talked to us. They just painted and left. We were then contacted by our new manager who told us they were finished. We were shocked. There were paint chips all over our yard, our recycling bin was also full of paint chips plus a paint bucket. There was paint all over our light fixtures and deck – there was no sign that they used a drop cloth anywhere. There was also paint on our roof and multiple places on the house that had not been painted at all… some were just primed. And finally, there were multiple places that hadn’t been scraped… We were promised in the contract and told that drop cloths would be used and that all paint chips would be picked up. Their website claims they will leave your house flawless.
The manager came back out to clean up and finish the job, but he didn’t. They somehow removed the paint off the roof, spot painted a little, and that was it. He then came out a second time to «finish» painting, but again, everything was still left… Paint on the deck, paint chips in the yard, multiple places that were just primed on the house and never scraped.
We had been trying to reach someone in the corporate office, and «executive», but we couldn’t reach anyone and the only person calling us back was the manager to tell us that we didn’t need to speak with anyone else. He was the contact.
Bottom line, someone over our manager did finally come out. He finally apologized, after we told him no one had ever apologized, and they gave us a whopping $ 300 off the final bill. It was a disaster. We will never recommend this company to anyone. And please check out the reviews on

The kid comes to do a mans job it was 8:30 in the morning he could barely go out of his car he was half dressed an unprepared not to mention unprofessional. He came without gas for his power washer no ladder. I live in a two story house! luckily I had just brought a ladder and gas! he busted my hose blew some of the siding loose I had to climb up the ladder and push back! very reckless and careless. I won’t use them again I contacted the BBB.
