Straight Smiles Orthodontics

Terible. Terrible. Terrible. Staff is decently nice but the doctor is horrendous, he is constantly talking down on others. He also is quite rude and never has the answer to a question. Also i understand that he makes people uncomfortable. He is the absolute worse. I would also say that they are coning you out of your money. Making kids wear braces for 3+ years what is that. Every other orthodontist makes it 2 years at the max. Definitely dont know what they are doing. Other clients have also told me they dont like it there. Cant even deal with a simple request. My child is an elite gymnast and has to keep the braces look professional, she asked for clear rubber bands and they gave her neon pink. She didn’t relies until we got home and had to go back to fix it which was a waist of time. Another thing they never cut the wires correctly either. We constantly have to go back to fix mistakes. Once we had to go to a different orthodontist to cut the wire because they couldn’t get us in. When it was their fault. Their hours are terrible for being a predominantly child dentist. They constantly expect a child to be pulled out of school for an appointment when a child should be getting an education. The tooth brushes infused with tooth paste they have also taste like chemicals. The only reason i gave them one star is for that color changing light in the lobby. Overall i would advise no one to get involved. Terrible atmosphere and a terrible doctor. My family, my friends, and myself are displeased.
