Founded with the local community in mind, SMVA is located in the magnificient Shelby Macomb Medical Mall alongside a variety of specialists and primary care physicians. Located on the first floor of the facility we are often the first office people see when you walk in so feel free to stop in and say hello and pick up a free cup of coffee from our lounge. Once inside, do not hesitate to speak to our professional staff and have them look up your insurance benefits.
