Love this place! I’ve been a customer for several years, the quality is always top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to park close and not have to walk through a huge supermarket and wait in a huge line to get what you need.

I really like this place. In a world filled with supermarkets and over-priced gourmet markets, it’s refreshing to shop in a small, locally owned establishment. Today, I walked out with cheese, lunch meat, ribs, a whole chicken, pork chops, potatoes and carrots for around $ 40. Not only is everything fresh, the staff is friendly and and happy to help. If you’re in the area, stop in!

I love this place. We buy all our meat here and we’re always treated like family. I searched far and wide for a decent selection of reasonably priced grass fed beef and I’ve found the best selection here! Prices are the cheapest I’ve found and the local grass fed beef tastes so good. The cannolis in the pastry counter are also(surprisingly) very good. Better than the Italian restaurants in the area. Great service and wonderful selection of meat!

This is a tiny little market in a strip mall, but don’t let appearance or size fool you. With so much competition in the area for meat it’s hard to discern where to shop, but I was very pleased when I found out the prices here were very reasonable and they also have local grass fed and amish meats. Not only is the quality of their meat really good, but they have warm to go meats, some deli salads you can buy, and some killer baked goods. I bought one of the long rolls at the check out, and I’m fairly sure it’s probably the best 50 cents I’ve ever spent. I also noticed a nice selection of quality sauces, dressings, and what looked like house made frozen dinners and vegetables. This will probably be my new go to place for meats, eggs, and dairy.

There were a lot of people there when I arrived, but they were fast and friendly and had what I wanted. I’m so happy to have found a meats shop, that sells quality, grass-fed beef and Amish chicken! And they are close to home… Thanks Nitsches!

I was in the mood to do some cooking & needed some –quality– chcicken breasts. I called around to Vince & Joes, Randazzos & Nitsches before I left the house, because the prices flucuate. The gal at Nitsches said the breasts were $ 5.29 I replied yikes! She sensed my frugality or shock & said we also have 5# bags for $ 2.20 I asked whats the quality difference She replied they were not trimmed and had some fat on them. Well to save $ 3 a pound I was in. Pulling into the lot the place was jammed, grabbed a number & they had several clerks at the ready. I asked for a 5# bag, the gal said would you like to lean to close to 5# or larger? Anywhere near 5# would be fine. My today was $ 12.75 perfect! I also roamed the store as they had a freezer full of home cooked meals Chicken Parmesan, meatballs, roast beef, pot roast, city chicken averaging right around $ 8.50 — $ 10 I purchased the Chicken Parmesan for 2 which was $ 9, it was Excellent & I cannot wait to get back & try other pre-made meals. I was also very impressed they carried the Guy Ferretti complete line of sauces $ 5 a bottle. Also they are known for the German meats, but I did not purchase any today. Check out the«free samples» on the deli counter, sausages & maple ham! As I made my way to cash out, I noticed the HOTMEATS ready to go. Today’s choices were rotisserie chickens $ 6 bbq ribs & meatloaf, I grabbed 3 ribs for a snack $ 1.57 Also below the register was a very nice selection or bakery items, bought the bride a lemon bar as it is her all time favorite dessert. Cashed out & they were so kind, friendly & accommodating that they noticed my cane & offered to carry my groceries to the car, I passed but it was so nice of them to ask. *Fast forward to checking out the chicken once at home. 1. the breasts were very large & nice in color 2. unlike the warehouse stores, I did not notice ANY of those rubbery white tendons 3. the fat to be trimmed off was very minimal, yes there was some, but it was well worth the cost & effort. I cannot wait to go back & try more. This little gem of a store is worthy indeed! PS That Pastie Shop is right next door, I’m aching to try that! Anyone?

Great place for all your butcher shop and meat needs. From fresh meat, sausage, deli and grocery it’s a small place but packed full of great food and excellent service.
