The customer service at this place was fantastic. Came to Wisconsin for a Tough Mudder event 20 minutes from the hotel and they were very accommodating. When we called to inform them we would miss out check out time due to an injury on the course they showed genuine concern and didn’t threaten us with charging us for an extra night for missing the cut-​off time. Our 2 rooms were nice/​clean and the staff was great!

Hotel was clean to start off. Missing a few things. For example there was no mini fridge or ironing board and iron. I had to ask the front desk for one.
Breakfast ran from 6 – 9 A.M. Had a decent selection but took a while to replenish. Staff was really friendly which is always a good thing. Also pool was nice and the hot tube was relaxing.

A low end motel with a SEVEN-​day cancellation policy for «special events» — completely unacceptable. With many people trying to find last minute lodging, this policy is a convenient fig leaf for gouging customers. I’ll ensure I never make a reservation with this chain anywhere, anytime in the future.

Your basic hotel, in middle of no where. Rooms were fairly clean, but still had that dingy motel feel. There’s a small restaurant across the lot, but didn’t make the trek.
It is very eerie feelin here. It was snowing, dark, and in middle of no were! HA.
Staff was friendly enough. Wouldn’t stay again? Possible, if I had te time I would search for something else. But what else is in Sheboygan, WI! Lol
There is a gas station next door that has everything one would need. From sandwiches, pizza, frozen pizza, ice cream to beer

Stayed here for two nights last weekend. Hotel was overbooked for one of the nights that we were there. Luckily for them and us, we were able to share a room with other family members that were also staying at the hotel. The hotel staff did all they could to keep our business. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool was great for entertaining our daughter. Hotel is right off the freeway. Hotel was nice just needs some updating. Other than that it was worth the money.

We stayed here for a night to break up our trip to northern Wisconsin. Have to keep expectations in check when booking the room.
Having said that, the stay was well worth the cost. Kids really enjoyed the pool, staff was all friendly, hotel in general was clean, we all got a good nights sleep, free breakfast the next morning was nice.
And they allow pets. The one complaint was that we reserved a suite and when we got to the room, I wouldn’t necessarily classify the room as one. It was definately large space, but we were expecting there to be two rooms which there wasn’t.

Hotel was very nice, clean, staff very friendly, room was big. As for the breakfast… It runs 6am-​9am I went down at 8am there were 8 sausages (which were no replenished while I was there) a toaster with no bread (again not replenished) eggs but no idea if they were hard boiled and if they weren’t no way to cook them, you had to go out into the lobby for coffee, if you wanted waffles you had to wait in line again when I went down there were 5 people waiting. And the person running the breakfast area was also covering the front desk. Hotel itself I give 4 stars breakfast I give 1 star.
