This place is a typical diner. Today I ordered three kids pancakes for 12 dollars which is a great price but then they charged me an additional 6 dollars(50%!) because I asked for chocolate chips. That’s 2 dollars extra per kids meal… for chocolate chips! I hope it was a mistake! We came with a big group so they set us in the dining area for their steakhouse which is otherwise unoccupied at lunch time.

We’ve been here twice and both times the food was very good. I had the western omelette with hash browns both times and the portions were ample and prepared very well. The service was excellent and attentive. Your coffee cup never gets less than half full before someone is there to fill it. One of the nicest family restaurants in the Sheboygan area.

Bad food and very bad service. We ordered 2 Belgian Waffles, Gyro skillet and Sandwich. The waitress who served our table did not make sure the table was set for four, missed several items from our order. We had to tell her to give us maple syrup that comes with waffle or Toast that comes with the skillet. The fruits served on the side was not fresh. The blueberry for the waffle was not good. We are not locals but we noticed that the locals are treated better than the tourists. Our recommendation is a strong ‘NO’

The Fajita Skillet was very good– Served with fresh jalapenos and rye toast. My husband had the Gyros plate — and really enjoyed it. What I like about this place is that the food is so consistently good. I really look forward to going there when we are out and about in the mornings. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing with a minimum of noise, even when there are many diners! Some restaurants aren’t acoustically set up for conversation. You either can’t hear anyone at your table, or you can hear everyone at other tables. The wait staff is the best– the food arrived quickly and they really keep track of your coffee – which is very important to me. The staff seems happy– which reflects good management. This is a good place for me!

I am not a regular customer, but now I won’t be a customer ever again. First of all, the service was lacking as usual — our waitress clearly had no interest in being there. Then, of course, we ordered no onions — there were onions. There were supposed to be olives on the salad — there were no olives. The salad was simple but WAY overpriced($ 8.49 with no meat). I asked to add chicken, and they advised there would be an upcharge — my mistake was assuming the upcharge would be a reasonable $ 2… No, it was $ 4.99EXTRA to add the most pathetic amount of fatty chicken ever. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, there was no effort made or apology given. For the record, I am usually quite understanding of service situations(many years in the retail industry), but this was just ridiculous. I will not be returning. Instead, I’ll stick with the awesome Harry’s Diner on Calumet — that place is AWESOME.

Good food, great prices, friendly service. Both the omelette and hash browns were super buttery, which is not my taste, but I still enjoyed them. The pancakes were good, and the bloody mary was perfectly spicy and only $ 4.

Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It is our family’s favorite place for breakfast. Their pancakes are the fluffiest, along with their great omelets. The service is always fast and friendly. I also like to meet friends here for lunch. They offer a large, varied menu. Something for everyone!
