Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We came with a large group and called ahead we brought a small child who wanted to jump with her sisters once we got there everyone was divided up by age and could not jump together. Later we saw a sky zone team member assisting another small child jump in an area that he kick our child out of. Seems to me they need to be a little more family friendly.

Staff were very accommodating, but the price to jump on a bunch of trampolines is very expensive. Could not play dodge ball due to a private party using the area. Dippity-​dots outrageously over priced. If you have the money to spend, knock yourself out.

Half and half. There are some poeple who are like «I’m the boss of these trampolines» and throw you out. Rather than that, its pretty good

It’s a large commercial strip mall with a bunch of trampolines pushed together. I don’t see why people are surprised at what they find here. The staff looked very young but were sufficient. The place was large, clean, and safe. The only thing Sky Zone needs is a supervised barrier to prevent adults from wandering in and kidnapping the children. There was no clear boundary between people coming in off the street and Sky Zone customers.
Check In was easy enough after you sign your risks away. You are required to buy $ 1 orange grip socks that you can use again. Makes sense, I don’t want to touch where your bare feet have been. Cheap. An hour is more than enough. Unless you are an experienced gymnast, you’ll be exhausted after a half hour. They have a huge free jumping area. Two Dodge ball courts that they separate by age depending on the clientele at the time. If it’s largely children both courts will be 12 and under, and the same if there are more adults. They have the foam cube pool, which is largely pointless. Only three people can jump in at a time and it takes forever to get back out. They have three basketball hoops in one area.
It only makes sense that they’re aren’t going to let full sized adults bounced with tiny children. It’s dangerous. I agree with that. If you take little toddlers here, well that’s just silly –don’t. If you take little children here they need to know they can’t jump with their older siblings and parents. If they whine and beg tell them to stop or we’re leaving. It’s pretty simple really. I don’t want 180lbs+ adult falling on my seven year old, even if it is a dad or mom who just wants to be with their child.
Organized birthday parties at the facility are over priced. We went for a birthday party and just enjoyed the hour fee then ate elsewhere.
All and all, it was fun and exactly what I expected. It’s a big bouncy house.

This place is super cool! However, birthday party policy sucks. Beware! If something comes up last minute, as they do, you cannot get your deposit back or even transferred to credit for jumping. You may reschedule but if you reschedule a second time, they’ll charge you an additional $ 25.

My friends and I went here because we thought it would be a fun experience. This was our first time here so we didn’t exactly know how everything goes. So went to the main court where they went over some of the rules. For the older teens (my friends and I are all 17) we only had two small rows to jump on, which was a pain in the ass to share with the other teenagers, so it’ll be great if they expanded for teenagers.
Ten minutes in, this guy (who my friends and I referred him as Hitler) constantly whistled at us for doing this or that. we were just simply having fun without hurting each other or the people around us. we decided to leave the main court but then we realized there weren’t many options for us to do because it was all mainly for younger kids. so we all just left. we paid to stay there for an hour but left 30 minutes earlier. it was fun while it lasted but they had SO MANY strict rules that it ruined the whole thing. I know rules are rules, but it was ridiculous how many there were and and how strict they were about it (also how Hitler was constantly riding up our butts about them as well). It was a nice experience, I wont come back though. This place is more for children/​families.

This was a blast. I think it is reasonably priced. The kids manning the courts were very nice/​friendly. For a kids place it is clean. I’m definately coming back. Only did 60 min but may need a little longer next time for my kiddos.

My review is based off of several elements. Value, cleanliness, service, staff friendliness, amenities.
Value: seeing the way they split age groups is comforting. I wouldn’t want my 3 year old trampled by a 12 year old. The amount of things he was able to enjoy was very limited. But overall he had a blast in there.
Cleanliness. Very. I was quickly satisfied to see how up kept it was.
Service: poor! They hire what appears to be high schoolers to work here. They let their buddies in and run the room. We were attempting to get my son to play basketball on the trampoline, and he let his buddies just keep cutting in front of us so he could watch a slam dunk contest. Very disappointing.
Staff friendliness: poor. These kids once again are very un approachable and don’t enforce the rules to their buddies. Likely won’t come back not because of them.

What an incredible disappointment. We took our kids with the thought that we could join them for a fun, family experience. WRONG! Adults have to sit on the sidelines and hear their kids beg for an hour for their parents to join them.
All I wanted was to have a little fun, instead I had some pimple faced twerp tell me that «the rules are the rules» and for everyone’s safety I had to leave my 3 year old in his care if I wanted to jump. Sorry to disappoint you Mr. Pedophile, that’s NEVER gonna happen…

If yo have a toddler, don’t take them here UNLESS it’s dedicated toddler time. They have pretty restrictive rules but little kids are overwhelmed by the bigger kids in the foam pit or the trampoline basketball goals. It’s reasonable for the price, and they do have a lot of space.

My 17 year old wanted to go here for her birthday but I couldn’t imagine why since my perception was it’s just a bunch of trampolines. Hey it’s her day though so we went. Well I was pleasantly surprised.
We initially went for dodgeball but we were a bit late so the person at the counter suggested we just do a straight hour so they could take advantage of dodgeball and the other areas.
After getting our lovely pink socks (it’s breast cancer awareness month), the teens and young adults (I had a 19 year old and a 21 year old with me also) started at the regular jumping area. The workers did a good job of keeping the smaller kids separate from the bigger people. I loved that because as a former day care provider, I was really worried about that.
They also played on the basketball courts, the dodgeball area and the foam pits. They had a great time at all of the areas.
An hour was more than enough time for them to enjoy themselves and get tired. I’m intrigued by the skyrobics which the worker said was low impact so it’ll be safe for my knees. I know the kids said they want to go back and I liked the set up so we’ll be back.

THIS PLACE SUCKS It has NO air conditioning, too many rules, too expensive, and a rip off of Cosmic Jump!

Pretty fun place and it’s nice to have something different to do. It is pricey costing our family of four $ 56. Their is one guy that works there that seems to be a rule nazi. Everyone else that works there seems pretty layed back.

Our teenage boys had a fun time, dodgeball was their favorite part. I would recommend buying your jump time ahead of time and online. You also have to purchase special socks, which are only three dollars. Very reasonable on their prices, twenty dollars for two hours of jumping! We will definitely go back!

Went here with my church family and loved it. First off, my favorite color is orange, so the socks they provide are awesome. Second off, they have all manner of different sections to keep you busy. I was concerned about going there for two whole hours but it worked out great. There is a section just for bouncing, a place for dodgeball (which they segregate based on age so you don’t have poor little children getting beaned by 20 year olds), a dunk zone where you can channel your inner NBA, and a foam pit where you can pretend you’re actually good at gymnastics or ‘the superman’ without worrying about bodily injury.
Even as a 25 year old, I can’t tell you how super fun it was to just bounce around and be a ‘kid’. Admittedly, my ankles didn’t thank you for it the next day and while I was bouncing around I realized just how much compression my lower back experienced during the session. But it was entirely worth it.

Great place for the kiddos to burn off some energy. Kind of in a sketchy part of Shawnee, but that should not be a huge factor. Prepare yourself for the smell of stinky feet.
Also call ahead and reserve your time.

I’ve been here several times with my kids and their friends. Recently I held my daughter’s birthday party (6 yrs old) here and we enjoyed every minute.
. They took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend having birthday’s here. The kids had a blast. The customer service was excellent!

I took my Little Brother to SkyZone for one of our weekly outings. For the price, it really isn’t a bad option of somewhere to take a kid/​group of kids. I paid $ 13 per person to jump for an hour which isn’t too bad for one of our outings.
We went on a Friday afternoon/​early evening and the place wasn’t too busy but also not empty. Just about right really as we could use the different areas without having to deal with a lot of people but there were enough people there to do some of the group things, like dodgeball. As we were finishing up, it was definitely getting busier but wasn’t too packed still.
There are a few different areas to jump at. There is one big area of just trampolines where you can hang out in one square or run around doing whatever acrobatic business you are capable (in my case, not so much with the acrobatics…). They do separate adults and little kids to different areas because of the risk of size differences so you might not get to jump next to your kid. There is also supposed to be one person per trampoline (large grid of them so there are plenty of trampolines) which as it gets busier seems like it would massively hinder your ability to move around because each square starts to fill up. Also, lots of kids don’t seem to grasp that rule too well so the employees are having to corral kids constantly.
There are other ares to play too. There is a basketball hoop area with 3 hoops a different heights to do dunks which is fun. Kids seemed to enjoy challenging themselves to that. There is a foam pit to jump into from the trampolines and do tricks. I wasn’t fond of this area but mostly because I’m an adult and not a small one at that. Being bigger than a kid, you tend to get half sucked into the pit and it is NOT easy to get out. It’s hard just to get back to the edge and then you have to pull yourself out with nothing there to help you. I kept stepping down to try to get up and the foam under my feet just crushed and gave me no uplift… I seriously took 10+ minutes to get out. They really need like a rope ladder at the wall to give you something to climb out with (I talked to another, smaller adult later who had much the same experience). The area I preferred was the dodgeball area. Dodgeball is always fun. Trampolines don’t take away from that one bit. it’s also a bit easier as you aren’t jumping as much there, it seemed. At one point a different employee came and took over and kicked me off because I was too big to play with the kids. But then two guys (late teens so full on adult sized human types) who were clearly regulars and maybe worked there showed up they went on with the kids without anyone saying… The employee working it soon switched again and i went back and played without incident. it was good times.
My biggest take away though was that I was old and out of shape. It makes for a pretty good work out really. I was getting out of breath quickly and working up a sweat. Eventually my back started to hurt (god, I’m getting old…) the longer I jumped which is why the dodgeball area worked well.
You can jump barefoot or they can provide shoes which were comfortable and decent. The place has a snack bar, lockers for personal belongings, some tables for groups and couches and chairs for people just hanging out (parents not jumping… come on people, have a little fun!).
I will definitely be back with my Little Brother from time to time.

Awful customer service. I am not the kind of person who enjoys giving poor reviews, but I wish I could give this place zero stars!
Make you sign waivers that does not release them from liability, however, if it is filled out the slightest bit incorrectly, your child cannot participate.
We had a birthday, where the parent filled out his daughters information in his section, and his info in his daughters. We had to call the parent and fill out on-​line, or she could not participate. The on-​line process is, by the way, impossible on a smart phone.
The parent cAlled to explain his mistake, to no avail. Absolutely pathetic evening. I will do everything I can to make sure people do not go here!

I went with 3 other girls, all in our upper 20s. We had a blast! People of the same height all stay together on the big court, so we had a section to ourselves. I would recommend doing the foam pit before you get all sweaty because it is not fun trying to climb out of foam when you are covered in sweat. Basketball was fun and we even played dodgeball with some kids (with some kids getting me out both times, ha).
There is top 40 hits blaring over the loudspeaker (which was a good thing), a small concession stand with drinks and food, and sitting areas for parents. You can rent lockers for a quarter (it’s automated).
I didn’t like the bathrooms– they were really dirty, water and toilet paper everywhere. But other than that I had a great time and will be coming back, possibly to try their trampoline fitness class.
