Established in 1994.

After gaining significant legal experience with insurance carriers and other private firms, Jean established the firm in the mid-90’s to fulfill a need she recognized so many businesses have… limited budgets, but with pressing legal issues requiring experienced attorneys.

With broadly-​based backgrounds in business, broadcast journalism and intellectual property, our firm provides affordable legal services to businesses and individuals. We’ve attracted clients ranging from computer start-​ups to Fortune 500 companies because we have the experience our clients require. We like being a small firm with large-​firm expertise. Clients know they have well-​seasoned attorneys doing their work and it shows in our work product.

With more than 25 years of legal experience, Jean provides sound advice to businesses and professionals from a broad range of backgrounds. Her personal, detailed attention to client matters is the hallmark of her practice. Jean is uniquely qualified to assist start-​ups, having represented clients in emerging markets and traditional business models.

In addition to her full time law practice, Jean finds time to share her expertise with others, teaching as an adjunct at JCCC business, employment and elder law courses, as well as volunteering in a number of community organizations, including the Johnson County Museum Foundation.
