Came in to have the «Oil Pressure» warning light checked on my Suburban. They were pretty busy, but they fit me in anyway while I waited. I was pretty upset with the timing of this problem (especially right after Christmas) and I was biting my nails in anticipation of a HUGE repair bill. To my surprise, the level of service was the EXACT same as my last visit back in June — it was EXCELLENT! Not only did I save a ton of money by coming back to a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic, but I also received a much needed blessing in the process! I am definitely a customer for life!

I took my car into CB for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I found them to have excellent customer service and were very fast at resolving my issue. I appreciate willingness to take care of my problem and work me in when they were very busy. I will definitely be back and tell others I know to try them out! Pricing was very fair!

They ran diagnotic on my A.C. system, charging $ 125, and found nothing. They determined it was an electrical problem, charged another $ 125 plus or minus and I picked the car up exactly like it was when I took it to shop
Nothing fixed and they had no clue as to why a.c. didn’t work. They did tell me the only time the a. c
Wouldn’t work was when it was in drive or reverse!
They were friendly and lowered my bill to $ 205 and tell me if I wanted to use the a.c. make sure transmission
Was in neutral! Never again will I go there!

I’m very pleased with their service. I expected to wait it out in their comfortable lobby for two hours or more but the job was completed in 45 minutes. They even offered me a courtesy ride home and back. Nikki and Scott were very courteous and thorough. I’ll be back.

I called Christian Brothers for a quote on repairs needed for my car after receiving a quote from the local Honda dealer. I have never used this shop before but will definitely come here again for any maintenance/​repair needs for my vehicles.
The staff was very friendly and make you feel welcome and valued as a customer from the time you walk through the door. I have been to many other repair facilities and the feel here is just different.
I would definitely recommend this facility for your maintenance/​repairs based upon the friendliness and knowledge of the employees. The prices are also in line with what I expected to pay, which is just icing on the cake.

Today was my first and probably last time taking my car to Christian Brothers Automotive. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere for waiting was nice. I took the car in for a basic oil change. They said they could look over the car for free to see if any potential problems might arise, so I said sure. They brought me a whole list of issues that would cost over $ 800 to fix! I went home and called my uncle who knows about cars and he thought they were trying to rip me off. Maybe some of the things they listed were true, but I know some of them didn’t need to be fixed after looking through old documents of when they were last fixed (for example, it hadn’t been the recommended miles since my spark plugs were last changed, but they said while they were in there they could just change them too). I won’t be going back. Update– they said whoever changed my oil before them overfilled it. I checked it the other day (after they changed it) and it showed it was way above where it was supposed to be.

Having a mechanic you can trust is worth it’s weight in gold when you are not a «car guy» like myself. I know I can trust Christian Brothers to be honest and fair in all that they do for my vehicles. Highly recommend!

I have had three different vehicles serviced at this Christian Brothers location and highly recommend it. They have done high quality service with a personal caring touch. On a few occasions, the owner Scott has even given me a ride to work while they serviced my car. I feel their prices are competitive with other shops, and the clincher for me is generally good communication and a clean shop with friendly employees. My most recent experience with them was one in which they went the extra mile for me. Brought in my daughter’s car, a 1990 Buick Reatta. It is a rare car known for some finicky electrical issues. They were able to track down the problem, and eventually offered a cost-​effective solution that got it running again. When the quoted repair did not fix the problem, they spent extra labor and time tracking down the solution. I was patient with them and they were kind enough not to charge any additional labor, even though I am sure that my car was a headache to diagnosis. Bottom line… I will continue to trust them with my car maintenance for the foreseeable future.
UPDATE 11.20.2014: They are still a quality shop in my book. Took a vehicle in for service. I thought it was a problem. They found no issue. And in the end, they made no charge even for diagnostic. I appreciate their honesty.

Always great service and pricing.
They are always helpful– I had a tire pressure alert, stopped by and they did quick troubleshooting and had it resolved in minutes. I asked the owner what I owe and he said I just had to have a good day.
It’s nice to have a place where the relationship is valued more than the immediate transaction.

My dad recommended Christian Brothers to me a couple weeks ago. He even dropped his truck off after hours and left a note in their drop box outside. They called him back the next morning and told him what needed fixed and were ready to make the repairs right away. I also had a great experience with them. They are different from the rest of the shops out their. This place looks like it is a family place and it is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. I highly recommend these guys.

I have used this Christian Brothers many times and they always do great work. Their price is typically good on oil changes, although they do the typical mechanics schtick of finding something else that you should have done on your vehicle. However, they have never tried to hard sell me on additional repairs or oversold the urgency /​severity of the problems.
Whether they or competitive on more major repairs seems to be hit or miss. I always get 2 or 3 quotes for major repairs (of which I have had ~4 in the past 3 years) and they were the lowest price on 2 of them, but were also the highest on replacing a timing belt on my pickup. So definitely shop around.
