STAY AWAY from this business. I came in to get my oil changed with one of their coupons– just to tell me I couldn’t use the coupon. THEN I had to wait over 45 minutes before they even thought about pulling my car in (while the workers were just sitting around hanging out). So I finally stood up to tell the receptionist that I had to leave and was in a hurry. So then she said he was pulling my car back and that it would take about another 30 minutes. The receptionist clearly didn’t listen to me and my needs and was clearly just trying to get money… I will never recommend this place nor get my car serviced here again. Poor poor poor service.

Came in to get my rear brakes checked as they felt like they were dragging.
James did a good job working on my vehicle, with the rear hubs were off he walked me through what was going on with my brakes, what needed to be replaced and gave me recommendations.
Vehicle was done in a few hours, running and braking how its suppose to. Customer service was good. Mechanic’s service was great.
Will be back for future services.

When I moved into the area I got a coupon for an oil change so I went to this shop for the first time. After the coupon price and shop fee I was out the door for around $ 20, which isn’t bad at all.
When I needed new brakes a short time later I went back with another coupon and was really pleased with their service. They gave me nicer brakes than what the coupon was for at the coupon price.
When I needed my other brakes done a couple months later I again went in with a coupon and they again insisted that I needed the nicer, more expensive brakes but this time didn’t honor the coupon price. They said that if I got the cheaper brakes they’d squeak. Not knowing enough about cars to trust myself to go with the cheaper, coupon option, I opted for their recommended brakes… which cost more than double the price and go figure — they squeak like crazy. It was an expensive lesson learned!
I’ll probably continue going here for oil changes because of the cheap price but won’t be getting any other services done here going forward. Certainly not brakes.

I like their coupon specials. Usually, it’s pretty much an in/​out business, but today there was a 60 – 90 minute wait for oil changes.
Their parts/​labor are pretty fair in their prices and they have no problem giving you an estimate on repairs they think may be upcoming. Even if you ask for an estimate, they aren’t going to press you to make those repairs the same day.

IMO, this place ruined my car. Replaced the radiator, head gaskets, thermostat etc… well over $ 2300 worth of repairs and still overheating like the day I brought it in. At the end, he blamed it on some computer malfunction and said the car wasn’t overheating in the first place then wanted to replace it (another $ 1000 repair). I asked if it wasn’t really overheating and was an indicator malfunction, why did he do the $ 2300 in repairs. He could not answer that (I kept detailed notes on everything). I sold my car for scrap and could not trust it again. IMO, they are not trustworthy.

Although I feel like their parts charges were a little high this time, their labor charges are fair and I feel like I can trust this place to do the job right. They are friendly, helpful and always seem to get the job done fast. I grew up with a mechanic as a father; he’s too old to do repairs for me now. Growing up with the experiences of helping my dad, it’s easy for me to know if a shop is trying to take advantage of having a female customer and I’ve never felt that way here. Now, there have been a couple of times that they may have «over explained» something, but it wasn’t trying to scare me into buying things or treating me like an idiot, they just wanted to make sure I knew what they were saying.
I like Dan’s over in Merriam too, but I usually find myself here because it’s a little easier to get my car in at the last minute and because it’s closer to home. Watch for their coupons in the Wednesday ads. Once you use them once, they will sometimes send you discount coupons by mail too.
