Very professional ! Clean, courteous movers, called me ½ hour before my move and asked it they could bring me a hot or cold beverage of my choice. NEVER had this happen to me before and I have moved 10+ times. You want GREAT movers, request Kyle and Jacoby!

The team of Josh and Josh were very accommodating. I always felt like they put the customer first. Both were polite and moved very fast. I appreciated the haste in the move considering the hourly wage system. I will probably be using you guys in a couple of months considering how easy this transaction was.

Very unprofessional. .my fiancée booked them to move us from our 3^rd floor 2 bedroom to 2^nd floor 2 bedroom. he explained in detail the floor plans and stairs and requested 3 movers… so we were given 2 quotes 105 per hr for 4 hrs for 2 guys plus truck fees or 157 for 3 guys… we were assured that if the movers assessed we needed 3 people Matt will come in and personally come to help. The movers arrived at 2:20…2 guys and walked up upstairs to 3^rd floor to which they said they were told ground floor… flag number one… came in showed them around and said it would now be double the time and price of original booking quote. .8 hrs and $ 1100. I told him that’s not what the quote was and I called my fiancée. .one of them asked to use the bathroom while on the phone and while talking to my fiancée they went out of the apartment… went to take trash out and the crew left without saying a word to us… I thought they were going to wait while we worked things out. We even tried to just negotiate for 4 hrs and $ 580 and just move some of the large pieces and some boxes. While on the phone with their office they went back on all the arrangements. they had no notation of the details of 3^rd floor, stairs etc… so they couldn’t send a 3^rd guy they didn’t have anybody else. so a this moving company hires people who can’t write the information down correctly and accuses the customer. then when I talked to them I was hung up on… I felt like they pulled a bait and switch… quoted one price then double the price on a Sunday with 2 days to be out of the apartment. WOW… DO NOT HIRE THEM… I WOULD GIVE NO STARS. .UNPROFESSIONAL. .WENT BACK ON THE ORIGINAL Quote… be very leary. .can’t take correct information… accuses customer of lying… their workers just leave without a word… once again Do not hire them… I wouldn’t even let them take out the trash..

We had a great experience with You Move Me. The estimate they gave us was spot on. They were neat and clean and treated my furniture like it was their own. There was absolutely no damage!!! I highly recommend asking for Matthew. He was great. Very efficient. All the staff are experienced and knew what they were doing. They even take special care to protect your home while they move the furniture so that staircase railings and flooring does not get scratched. The staff is extremely friendly and they make sure your moving day goes by stress free. I strongly recommend these movers. They are the best…

You Move Me did a perfect move for me! Jim called ahead because he was concerned about the impending snow and wanted to see if I wanted to move a day early (which I was able to do). Before they came to my house, the movers (Matt and David) called to see if I needed anything to drink. When they arrived, they were in clean company uniforms and were friendly which put me at ease with the stress of moving. They moved quickly to load/​unload the truck, while still taking the time to make sure my items were secured/​protected, and didn’t take any breaks. In two hours, they had everything moved from place to place and under the estimated cost! They even gave me a new house plant as a moving gift!
My friends who moved before me and used other companies were jealous of the low cost and great service I received! Anytime someone tells me they are going to be moving, I’m telling them about You Move Me. This company is professional, friendly, and thoughtful.
