We are a full service boutique real estate agency, licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are a proud member of the Realty Guild, an exclusive group of independent real estate offices located in Massachusetts. After having been affiliated with a major franchise for many years, we decided to open a full service independent real estate company. Homes of Distinction Realty is founded on a long tradition of client satisfaction, experience, and market knowledge. Our goal is to produce the results that our clients desire in a timely and professional manner for every transaction. Experience has taught us those who are informed are able to make the smartest decisions. Therefore, we provide a wealth of information about market conditions, the processes of buying, selling, or investing and obtain answers to any questions our clients may have.

We specialize in customizing the needs of our clients. When marketing a property we provide a complimentary home staging consultation, professional photographer and video. When working with buyers, we take our time to find out exactly what they are looking for and try to find them a home that fits their criteria in the budget they have provided.

History

Established in 2012.

After having worked at one of the big real estate franchises for many years, I decided it was time to start Homes of Distinction Realty. I did so because I saw a need to be able to customize marketing to each individual’s specific requirement. Homes of Distinction has grown beyond my expectations and I now have 3 additional agents working here. We are all experienced and dedicated real estate professionals. Between us we have over 75 years in the industry. Former clients constantly refer new business to us. That is the best advertising anyone can hope for.

I have been a licensed broker in Massachusetts since 1979, and in Rhode Island since 2008. I was associated, most recently, for over 6 years with Century 21 Access Properties in Canton, a company that had more than 50 associate brokers and agents. I enjoy working with first time home buyers, and representing sellers with a need for customized creative marketing techniques. I am a member and past Board of Director of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce; past Vice-​President and Board Member of H.U.G.S.-Sharon (Help Us Get Safe), former President of The Posh Peddler, Inc., a past member of the Sharon High School – School Council. In my spare time I play tennis and enjoy a good book.
