I often have repairs done here. Super friendly and fast service. Also really beautiful merchandise. I created a wish list, and my husband has since «surprised» me with a gorgeous ring! Definitely recommend!

Unprofessional and poor quality products. We asked Hefez to re-​size my husbands wedding band. It came back with the brushed surface polished out. They said they could fix it, but then it came back looking even worse. They told us we were being unreasonable and that it was only a ring. DO NOT USE THEM. They even made us pay for the re-​sizing.

Looking for an egagement ring setting was no easy feat, but the people at Hefez & Sons Inc with their knowledge and customer service, certainly made the process quite pleasant. Needless to say I found a fabulous setting and will certainly go there for years to come!
