I ordered Kung Po Chicken, the chicken was very fatty, the dish in gerneal was very dry. It is advertized as spiky, but there was no flavor, since it was delivery I decided to just throw it away. Hot and Sour soup was descent, but they send me the wrong size.

Lousy attention to detail. I order MONGOLIANBEEF, they delver HUNAN. I hate getting a dish LOADED with filler vegetables, that’s why I ordered the MONGOLIAN without the extra filler! I call to complain, I get informed that the Hunan and Mongolian are served the same way. But, I inform the person on the other end that the menu does NOT describe the dishes as being the same or similar. He indicated he does not know the menu all that well. Yeah, no kidding. I called back and spoke to another employee /manager /owner. They agreed to provide me with the Mongolian beef as ordered, sans veggies. The new dish was what I wanted as well as the Hot and Sour soup was quite good.

I can’t believe how terrible the food was from this place. I ordered something I consider fairly simple to make. Chicken wings and fried rice. I usually keep it simple when trying out a new place, and thankfully I did because I can only imagine how horrendous other more complicated dishes would’ve been. Anyway the rice tasted REALLYOLD,(If I had to guess, I would say at least 3 days!) It was so old that it was borderline sour tasting. The final blow was the cardboard like texture of the rice. I ate the chicken wings(which were bland and probably a little old as well) then threw the rest of that crap away. I’m admittedly usually a greedy kinda person at times with fairly low standards lol But this was inedible. I don’t recommend this place to feed even your dog, let alone a human being.

Steer clear of this place for everything except soup(which was hot enough to kill all bad germs). If you closely examine the chicken used for General Tso’s, you’ll find that it’s mostly fried skin drenched in sauce. The rib tips had a small amount of meat surrounded by a lot of gristle. The vegetable(broccoli) in our order was just plain sad. I had no reason to expect a 5 star experience in a strip mall between the laundry & tool stores, but Panda didn’t even try. Trust me, you’re not that hungry!

Place an order of General’s chicken for delivery over the phone and I never got it. After an hour I called to see what happened and they said they’d be there in a minute. They never showed. Yet, they still charged me for it. Talk to some of my friends about this place and they said that’s happened to them too. Don’t go here.

Need cheap Chinese fast? Here’s your spot. Nothing amazing but for under $ 5 at lunch, you can get stuffed. Chicken and broccoli is my default and it’s tasty and filling. Don’t plan to eat in.

Typical take-out Chinese in Suburbia. Nothing remarkable to say good or bad. They messed up my order, and forgot to give us rice. Chinese food sans rice? lol! Mistakes happen, not a big deal. Just if you go check your bag for rice! Forgeting rice had no effect on rating. They take credit cards, which is good although they state a $ 8 minimum, which violates their contract with credit card companies.
