After being a loyal customer for years, I just got a letter demanding payment for service that I did not authorize. They claim to have attempted to reach me — which is ironic because I’m the one who called them about the overcharge and was told they’d call me back within minutes. They can expect a BBB complaint from me!

Pathetic excuse of a company. Our property management company used then to «fix» water damage in our unit. What they left behind was worse than the damage itself. Baseboards broken and not replaced. The carpet pad was missing under the carpet. The one baseboard they put back looked like a 2nd grader nailed it back. We contacted them and they said they would repair it right away. Upon arriving at our unit… they did nothing. If I could post pictures of their shoddy work I would. Call your 3rd grade nephew to do repair work before these people, it will be the same.
