If my phone call Friday night to this establishment is any indication of their customer service skills, I would surely not recommend them as a caterer. My friend’s company gets special deals through
and on Thursday we purchased a deal for Taste Haiti. We could not find the place. When I called and asked for directions I was told, «We only do takeout, delivery, and catering.» I explained we had just purchased the deal for the Burnsville location. «We moved to Shakopee. We don’t have an account with
.» and again «we only do takeout…». Ultimately it is restaurant.com’s responsibility to not offer the deal but the person I spoke to at Taste of Haiti and Soul was downright rude, and her customer service skills were nonexistent. I have no idea if their food is good or not. After that phone call my friend and I vowed to never find out.
