The absolute worst customer service and follow-​up. Their web site customer service portal, as well as the agent (Jessica) avoid direct answers or there is no response when you call their customer support number. My order was apparently ‘lost’ and then shipped back to the Cameron Coffee facility, and they took no action to ensure I received it. They went so far to claim they sent me a replacement order, but never provided shipping details and of course, a replacement order never arrived.
Steer clear, order from any other supplier (Seattle’s Best, Dunkin online).
The company takes zero accountability.
