Not a good experience with one of the sales staff, he was smug and condecending and lacked people skills, to be fair, my attitude was not the best either because I was dealing with a crappy phone they sold me. However my experience with Yohaun was quite the opposite. My suggestion is:
If you go in there ask for Youhaun, if he is not on duty, just walk out!
