False advertising on website, pool was drained and closed! TV malfunction, and hair in towels and beds– great stay;(

We really love the Americinn brand when it comes to staying away from home with our family.
This particular location was a bit disappointing. The parking lot is not big enough, and one evening when we arrived back at the hotel, there was no where to park. Cars were double parked along curbs, etc. I shouldn’t have to worry about the safety of my car, or worry about it getting towed.
Also, both times we went to the pool, there were no towels on the rack, and an overflowing basket of used towels next to it.
Other than that, love the breakfast, the room was clean and the beds were comfy (pillows, not so much).
We’d probably still stay here because the waterslide is great, and it’s a good location — not too far from the mall and other things to do.

WI-​FI and breakfast included — waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, yogurt, hard-​boiled eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, english muffins, toast, OJ, coffee, milk, tea.
courteous staff.
here’s the thing — love the pool. there’s a separate «baby» pool, sauna, jacuzzi and killer water slide that the kids damn near wore out over our four day stay.
