Established in 2012.
HealthKnut Mobile Personal Training & Meal Planning was founded as a result of my personal devotion and belief in exercise and nutrition. I truly believe we are each responsible for our own well-being, and it is of utmost importance to care for our bodies through movement and proper diet. I have been an athlete my entire life and I’ve been living a healthy life through nutritious eating for over 20 years. In the past I have worked as an Aerobics Instructor and Gymnastics Instructor, and my newest venture is focused on helping others achieve wellness through one-on-one personalized workouts in their home or office and helping clients learn to shop, cook and eat healthy meals in proper proportions. This is a new venture also geared toward Public Speaking to Corporations, Retirement or Nursing Homes, and Schools about the importance of and how to structure exercise and healthy diet.

Business Owner
I am Kelly Kinnard, Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a lifelong athlete, and an overall HealthKnut. Since the age of 4, I have avidly participated in various athletics including: gymnastics, running, swimming, aerobics, weight-lifting, rollerblading, skydiving, boxing lessons, bicycling and yoga. In 1992, I became a Certified Aerobics Instructor by The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and in 2012 I earned my Personal Training Certification from NASM. I have also worked at the YMCA as a children’s Gymnastics Instructor. Currently, my focus is on Personal Training and Meal Planning. I began studying nutrition, natural health and wellness 20+ years ago as a personal passion, which has afforded me a great deal of knowledge to impart on others in their attempts to eat healthier and lose or gain weight as necessary.
