Denton, TX
Scheduled carpet cleaning at my old house for 11am, they never showed. I live an hour away so this is very inconvenient. They also never answered or return my phone calls. I called them to see where they were and they never called me back.
So they called me back. Seems like it was a communication error. They were apologetic. I would have continued to use them if I didn’t reschedule with a different company.
