I love STEP AND REPEAT LA! They are truly the best at what they do. Their product speaks for itself. Quick service, excellent customer service and Anthony was a big help. If you have an event I definitely recommend using this company. You won’t be disappointed!

My company ordered a banner (which looks amazing) from the company, but it has an ink stain right in the middle. We called to complain, but they told us they would not only make us a new banner free of charge, but also have it shipped to the event we are attending in Florida. They’re awesome, please give them your business!

They got a banner turned around for our special event in less than 4 hours when no body else could. Great customer service, excellent print, and very reasonable prices. Would recommend Step and Repeat LA to anyone in the event industry. Thanks again guys, you rock!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Stands are cheaply made and take hours to «rig» to put together. Needed duct tape to make it stay together. Terrible product

Needed a step and repeat made in a rush for tomorrow. Called them at 1 pm, the phone sales girl was friendly and entertaining to speak with and promised it will be ready for pickup at noon tomorrow. That’s solid.

Step and Repeat LA helped us save the day (and the event)!
Our client decided to ditch their old backdrop and needed a new one in 3 DAYS for a celebrity event in Hollywood. Our client wanted a HUGE custom size backdrop (10 ft x 17 ft) that was also non-​reflective. The backdrop served two purposes: branding the red carpet and hiding a distracting wall.
Step and Repeat LA had no problems with the non-​standard size!
Other great things the company did for use were: (1) Installed white grommets to blend in with the white material of the overall backdrop, (2) Provided a customized pipe and base stand to accommodate the backdrop’s unusual size, and (3) Completed the job ahead of our scheduled pick-​up time.
Another example of their excellent customer service is the fact that they have easy-​to-​follow installation videos available on YouTube. This last thing may not seem like much. But the video we watched (ahead of time) allowed us to erect the backdrop in a minimal amount of time the actual set-​up.
Our client told us how pleased they were with the results and we looked like superheroes for having delivered the perfect solution in the nick of time.

There should be a 6 star rating for Step and Repeat LA! As an added bonus for a birthday party decoration, I thought I would do a photo booth with a step & repeat banner and a mini selfie printer. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect the excellent customer service from Anthony and his team and the high-​quality of the Step & Repeat Banner, frame, and red carpet. Anthony made the order easy and was creative in his suggestions for the banner design. I had the banner shipped in advance to my hotel. The shipping department took extra special care to label the boxes «hold for arrival» until I arrived 1 week later. The boxes were shipped immediately. SRLA does what they say they are going to do. My boxes were waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel. I couldn’t wait to see what I bought. I thought I was going to cry with tears of joy over the exceptionally high quality material of the banner and the commercial grade pole system to hang the banner. It comes in a nifty travel bag. It was so easy to put together. The red carpet was such good quality, my Aunt wanted to keep it for her house. Many thanks to Anthony and his wonderful staff for making my Aunt’s 90^th birthday even more memorable. I am thinking of ways to use this at our restaurant for promotional events/​specials. Can’t wait to work with Anthony again.

I ordered a step and repeat for my twins b’nai mitzvah. I had a few other venders and this was defiantly the most popular. The guests liked the step and repeat better than the green screen and the glitter tattoos for sure. I have two more bar mitzvahs to go and I will definitely order again.

I have had the honor of utilizing Step and Repeat LA for all 4 of the major events that I host each year!
