Established in 1996.

Opened on November 7,1996 by Sean Kowalski. Located in the renovated Nickelodeon theater in historic downtown Sewickley, PA. Sean was chosen by Wella International to train in Europe, He attended training in London and Bermuda under the artistic guidance of Mahogany and the Doves (Hunger games Hairstylist). Sean operates a six chair salon with stylist who have been in the bussiness for 15+ years. Certified in Short to long hair extensions, Organic color systems, and Wella color. The salon also has in house makeup artist and nail tech.

Had my hair done at another salon and it left my hair fried, damaged and breaking off in chunks, then, thankfully Megan, a stylist at Sean’s came in and saved my hair. She was SO incredibly helpful and helped me salvage my ruined hair by coloring and cutting it into a stylish and healthy cut. Not to mention, she is a responsible colorist who truly puts her clients best needs at first! Everyone who works at the Salon has been so sweet and accommodating since I’ve started going here and as stated, Megan has been amazing! I would recommend this place ten times over

Consistently friendly staff and good haircuts for me and my boyfriend. Very courteous receptionists. They always have a smile and offer me bottled water every time we’re there. Some salon’s have long wait times even when arriving on an appt, but Sean’s salon has been very much on time or a few mins over the scheduled time which isn’t bad compared to other salon experiences.

I love Sean’s Salon! I get my hair cut by Sean and my hair is hard to cut n style. Sean is awesome and by far the best hairdresser in the Sewickley area. And I am very picky! He is patient, listens to what I think, then gives me feedback. We work as a team and I love, love his work! His staff is professional and kind. I love their green tea they always bring out for me. It is always a fun day when I go there. I could not recommend Sean and his team more highly.
