I have over 30 years of professional experience and am a licensed and bonded Public Adjuster in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In my past employment, I was an Assistant Vice President of Claims for a major independent claim adjustment organization. Additionally, I was a Director of Operations/​Senior Project Estimator for an Insurance Restoration General Contractor specializing in fire, smoke and water damage re-​construction and mitigation services.

My knowledge and experience was gained while employed for 22 years by many of the largest Insurance Companies in the world. I have represented hundreds of Domestic and International Insurance Companies. Due to my «Insider» knowledge, I am uniquely qualified to streamline the claim process and maximize your claim settlement!

History

Established in 2008.

Daniel P. Wixted Public Adjuster, LLC was formed after 22 years of employment adjusting claims for various Insurance Companies. During this time I represented hundreds of domestic and international insurance companies. Unfortunately the lesson I learned is that insurance companies are not concerned with you the policyholder and your loss. Your Insurance Company’s only concern is diminishing the value of your loss and paying you as little as possible. They will take every opportunity to delay, deny and defend payment of your claim. Now you can have an Expert who is familiar with the tactics employed by Insurance Companies representing you. Understanding these tactics gives me the advantage to counter and present a proactive response to obtain you the highest possible settlement.
