I found this shop listed as a certified collision repair shop on Nissans website… and I am soooo happy I did!!! My car looks brand new again! The paint matches beautifully and the parts fit perfect! With Autotech, this was a stress-​free process from beginning to end. Not only did Dean & Elizabeth help make the insurance process easier, they made sure I didn’t pay anything more than my deductible. Deans attention to detail, his sincerity and determination to do the job the right way was refreshing. My experience with them has made me a loyal customer for life!!! I will refer everyone I know in need and promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had no idea about this place until I hopped on my computer and read the reviews. Once I met Dean, Elizabeth and his staff, I knew I was in the right place. The reviews are right, and Autotech is probably the best repair business I’ve ever dealt with. Yeah, Im a happy customer.
They went far and above for me and my vehicle. How could you ask for more?

Unlike most body shops and mechanics I’ve dealt with in the past, Dean and the entire crew at Autotech are in the customer business. On top of the amazing work and attention to detail, they refuse to cut corners or compromise any quality of work and repairs. Dean will work with your insurance company and will stand up for what you deserve rather than try to save a buck. Not only were my repairs done perfectly, but everything from paperwork to meeting with a claims adjuster to the repairs themselves were done so quickly and efficiently, I barely missed my car… as opposed to previous shops I’ve done business with, which resulted in long waits, few answers, delays, and runarounds. When my car was ready, they were also willing to return my rental for me, which was one less inconvenience to worry about. It felt good to know I was finally doing business with a good mechanic who cared more about keeping customers happy and reassured. I’ve never worked with a shop more friendly, honest, and accommodating, and I will undoubtedly return to them exclusively in the future.

Let me start by saying I am not new to having my car repaired, sad to say but people seem to like to hit my car. Its bright Orange and hard to miss I suppose. The last time I brought my car to a body shop that was recommended by MY insurance company even though I was going through the other parties insurance provider. I figured if my insurance company would suggest a shop that would take care of me and my car…
Fast forward to my latest accident, hit again by another driver (he was texting while driving) I was not completely happy with the last repair but couldn’t figure out what exactly was wrong. So I elected to go to other shops in the area and I researched who was going to do the best for me.
I walked in the door and the young lady behind the desk was juggling the phones and still had a smile on her face and greeted me with a warm smile. She advised me she would be right with me. She then walked me through how they would handle the process and then she introduced me to Dean the owner (Not a manager or shop foreman) the OWNER! He came over shook my hand and said lets go take a look. At that point they had my business, he wrote his Blueprint (not an estimate) and advised me of the correct way to fix my car. He then noticed my other side and asked my what happened (Previous repair) and explained to me that the paint had not been properly applied and that he would help me work through that issue as well (which he completely did and it had nothing to gain from it)
I then went to the other persons insurance company for a drive in estimate, they provided a quick review and provided me with a check for 1700.00 to start. Dean advised me about 2 weeks into the repair that the damage was worse than originally thought and he would need to send a request for supplement repairs to the Insurance company. The insurance company wanted to use aftermarket or used parts to fix my car and Dean stood up to them for me. «The car didn’t come from the factory with aftermarket parts on it, I am not putting aftermarket parts on it» He told me… again this has just increased my loyalty to this shop. All said and done the repairs were FANTASTIC, the service was excellent and polite. This repair shop has everything dialed in and knows what it takes to provide customer with a COMPLETE SERVICE not just a repair to the car.
There needs to be more shops like this that care, its not about quantity with this shop, its all about the quality!

Dean came though big-​time for me! I have a one year old Lexus SUV a 450h which I love. Dean went to bat for me getting the insurance company to properly cover the correct repair work. I have pearl paint and the front bumper is impossible to perfectly match the rest of the car. He had to preform a special blend technique which looks as good as new! Dean went totally out of his was to make sure it was perfect. He made sure I never paid any more than the deductible. I am now a customer for life. Great to have a great guy that does great work! I could have taken my car to the Mercedes dealership, but I decided to do more research to see if there were any local businesses that were trusted.
I originally found this shop by Googling collision centers near me after an unfortunate incident at a car wash that left me with a damaged bumper. A damaged bumper may not sound like much, but I treat my car sometimes better than myself! I wanted to take my car to a place that would get the job done right.
The first phone call I had with staff just to make an appointment was courteous and very accommodating. When I physically arrived, they expected me and I immediately felt welcome unlike the treatment that you get at most dealerships.
I always appreciate when a business publishes samples of their work. You could tell by the way they posted before and after pictures of completed projects in the waiting area that they stand behind their craft and are proud of the service they offer. The shop clearly explained the process to me, arranged a rental car and drop off time that was convenient for me, and kept in constant contact on the progress that was being made. When all was done, the car looked amazing and there was no sign of damage. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and quality of work.
If you get a chance, you should check out their face book page. Unlike other places that just want to sell to you, they post timely and current information to people in the area. It’s great when businesses like this take time to truly be a part of their community.

Dean has taken care if my vehicles since 2008 and I always come back when the unfortunate happens.
He takes care of my repairs and works with the insurance company with minimal need for me to get involved. He also arranges any rental needs for me.
The results are great. Parts line up perfectly and the paint job is flawless.
They are tidy and organized and well connected to get you the best parts at the best prices. And if more expert opinion is needed to complete the repair at best quality, Dean is ready to reach out to his local colleagues (never cuts corners).
Autotech takes that extra mile to make sure the customer leaves satisfied, educated about the process, and happy with the results.
