These is a resort based on cabins, big cabins, ours slept 15 people and was 3 stories high. The view from our cabin was amazing. It is located really high up a mountain in Pigeon Forge. It is 30 minutes up the mountain from the downtown Pigeon Forge area. They have a church, a clubhouse and a pool though we didn’t visit any. The price for the cabin wasn’t bad but you can save more by planning way ahead of the time of your vacation.

Nice little report tucked way up on the mountain. About 30 minutes from Gatlinburg if you cut through the park. Our cabin was 12 bedrooms and slept 54 people. We had nice game tables, TV’s, 2 hot tubs and plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful views, pretty sure we’re headed back next year.

The Preserve Resort is a pretty nice place if you dont’t like the Pigeon Forge Madness of the Smokys. To get here, you have to pass WearsValley and a few switchbacks until you find this little village of solid wood cabins. We rented off season and had a Wyndham group owned house. The place was great. Full kitchen, two balconies, hot tub, whirlpool, two bathrooms and some great fun amenities like pool table, soccer table and a cool arcade with a large variety of 80s 8 and 16bit classics. Negative was the kingsized bed with way too soft mattress that made us roll into each other and caused some minor backpain. The rustic bed frame is also quite noisy. All in all, good stay. We paid 150 $ per night.
