Fantastic campground very close to the main drag in the heart of the smokies. This campground will impress you in many ways:

Immaculately maintained
Beautiful landscaping
Excellent location
Wonderful amenities — full hookup, pull thru sites, wifi, pool (2, as well as a hot tub), arcade, fitness center, golf cart rentals, kids playground and water park, small lazy lagoon in swimming area, cabin rentals, etc.
Roomy sites
Large interior roads (well marked if after hours arrival)
Rv & bus wash
Zip line hiking!
If you love to camp and are looking for a great getaway give this one a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Oh My Gosh, I cannot believe that no one has reviewed this RV Park! I guess I’m the first so let me tell you this place is awesome!!! The office staff is so friendly and the park workers are friendly and helpful as well. If you have a problem they are all over it. It really shows that they are interested in making sure that your stay is the best that they can make it.
I have only stayed on their Signature Sites but I have marked allot of regular sites that are awesome as well. The sites are level, wide, and long. I have a 41′ Fifth Wheel with 4 slides and all the sites I have occupied have had plenty of room. The utilities have always been dependable even through the hottest of days! Never had an power outage or lack of water pressure.
The pool is clean and well maintained and they have a kid area along with a lazy river float pool — super fun!!! The bath houses are well maintained also. (along with the rest of the park)
If I had to complain about something it would be the WiFi, I’ve had faster dial up connections, but I use 4G LTE so the lack of a good WiFi is not an issue with me and doesn’t effect my star rating.

This «RV Resort,» campground to the average RV enthusiast, far exceeded my expectations!
*Sites — Average size sites which is extremely uncommon for this tourist type area.
*Restrooms/​Shower Facilities — Impeccably clean restroom/​shower facilities which is greatly appreciated by any veteran RV enthusiast.
*Amenities — Plentiful amenities. Friendly staff, friendly full timers, well stocked «camp store,» adult only pool, hot tub, etc.
*Cost — Extremely affordable!
We had intentions of visiting River Plantation RV Resort July 26^th through July 30^th and then relocating to another park. On the other hand, my wife and I were so impressed by this park we stayed until our site was no longer available on August 1^st.
