Established in 1999.

Our Carpet Cleaning business journey began in Maine in 1972, starting in fire and water damage with a national franchised company, in 1977 we bought our own franchise with another company that sold out to Servpro, we then ended our relationship. The year 1985 I went to Florida, working in high end properties in the Windermere, Bay Hill area, creating a very successful business, in executive house cleaning, fine fabric and carpet cleaning care, meeting and exceeding the demands of clients that only want the very best.

1999 I moved to Tennessee after the loss of my parents and began carpet cleaning in the property management market, I developed the «Greener Steamer «brand in 2007 and transferred that company to Billy Muncy. Billy now does carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning for clients that want the extra detail he provides, Ben remains as a consultant for large scale contract jobs.
