I just had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Really good. I’ve had cheese steak sandwiches in Philadelphia that weren’t as good. Try it.

While we were staying in Sevierville, the wife got us interested in Italian for dinner. We thought we might have made a mistake when we saw this place was 10 miles from the Parkway. Wrong! What a real gem. We had the Lasagna — which was some of the best I’ve ever had. Our son had the Calzone, which he said had an excellent marinara sauce. The salad was fresh and good. The only thing I regret is that this part of the country is not big for wine. Our waitress told us that we cod have brought our own, and we bought some pretty good bottles from Sugarland in Gatlinburg. Make the drive, everything here is good!

I am not one normally to leave reviews, but the service and food at this restaurant was so bad, I feel compelled to warn others. My wife and I went and ate at Geppetos. My wife ordered the lasagne and I ordered chicken parmigiana. Both orders came with a salad. After we sat ourselves at a table the server finally came to our table and asked what we would like to drink. We both asked for water. We waited at least 15 minutes for her to bring two waters. She dropped them off at our table without even acknowledging us, she was talking to the table beside us. After what seemed like an eternity she came and took our orders. It took 25 minutes before she brought our salads(which were literally just lettuce — it looked like a salad that was dumped out of a bag from the grocery store). It then took 30 minutes before she brought our dinners. The chicken parmigiana was extremely bland and so was the tomato sauce on the spaghetti. I have had much better sauce from a jar from the grocery. My wife’s lasagna was obviously reheated from frozen and tasted like it was a week old. It was also very bland. The server never came back to our table to ask how our food was and she also did not bother to refill our waters. It took another eternity for the server to bring our bill and even longer for her to take the credit card. She plopped the bill down on our table without saying a word to us. It is the worst service I think I have ever had in a restaurant. The server was the big obese blond. The four people that were dining next to us had to wait 20 minutes before the same server brought back their bill after paying. My wife looked at her watch, so 20 minutes is no exaggeration. She asked the people if they would like boxes to take their uneaten food, and they looked funny at her. We noticed that all of their food was hardly touched, so they we served the same overpriced bland crap they we were. Two people came in and sat behind us. They finally placed their order with the same server only to find out 15 minutes later that the kitchen ran out of meat sauce! It is not like the restaurant was extremely busy or that there was only one server. It was just horrible, oblivious, uncaring service from an overpriced restaurant(I am reluctant to even call it a restaurant). Please take my advice and stay away! P. S. From what I hear from the locals, Geppettos has really gone downhill and is generally considered a place to avoid if you want decent food.

After riding horses all day all we wanted was a good dinner and a beer. We got both, my husband had the lasagna and I had the chicken alfredo. What a way to end a perfect day.

Food was delicious we had a large Pepperoni pizza and side salads. Pizza crust was definitely hand tossed, sauce thick and rich. Our server was very good anticipating our needs. Dessert was delicious. Great experience. We will definitely be back.

Very average food and establishment. Garlic knots were a huge hit with the kids, we could have skipped most of the other food and just ate those.

Best Italian I’ve eaten in years and I live in Brooklyn, New York. Seriously, get the LASAGNA, or anything. It will be incredible. Now I wish we had ordered everything on the menu just to try it all. I can’t stop thinking about the lasagna…

A mom and pop place. Stooped here for a quick bite after working in the valley all day. We had been here once before, maybe 2 years ago. Food was not as good as I remembered. I had the cheese ravioli and it was nothing special. The sauce and cheeses were good but the pasta tasted frozen. Husbandad ordered the baked lasagna, which had the same homemade deliciousness I remembered. Salads are good, made fresh not bagged like many places. Garlic knots were fantastic and the sauces really are very tasty. Fresh and homemade– as if the cooks really care about the food they’re serving. Servers were young, very polite and attentive but didn’t introduce themselves or make recommendations. Overall very good. Local discount. One of these days we’ll try the pizza. That seems to be their specialty.

Excellent pizza, calzone and chicken parm. Salad was even fresh and very good. Stopped in for takeout for our dinner and it was ready quickly. Definitely recommend it!

Very tasty traditional pizza joint. No frills here, just your basic Italian items on the menu — pizza, calzones, pasta — but, given the limited menu everything is prepared well. We ordered a large deluxe and was impressed with the fresh ingredients and nice mix of toppings. The small side salad was fresh and crispy(no light dressing options here so if that’s your thing bring your own or order take out/delivery) and came out fast. We also tried the grilled chicken Alfredo with spinach which was delicious a good amount of chicken and spinach in the noodles and not overly salty which is generally my problem with Alfredo sauce. This also came with the garlic knots that melt in your mouth. Overall a fantastic experience. We ate at the restaurant which is a very simple place and clean. We were seated promptly, drinks brought quickly and the waitress was attentive. If you are off the beaten path or staying in a cabin out Wears Valley and want pizza — go here!!!

Had the lasagna, BBQ wings, Buffalo wings and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious! The wings were juicy and tender. The tiramisu was the best I’ve had in a long time without too much custard and a yummy unmistakeable cinnamon coffee flavor!!! The price for the lasagna is a little pricey for what you get.

Our cabin had their number on the fridge. We found a menu online at another site and decided to give it a try. We ordered the large«fully loaded» pizza with only half olives, the stuffed shells, lasagna, mozzarella cheese bread and some salads. The food was delivered within 40 minutes, was hot and fresh! The crust on the pizza was perfect. The delivery person was very nice and the orders were just as we had placed them. We will definitely be using them again. They also weren’t as pricey as some of the other places in a touristy town.
