Five Oaks Tire & Service

On a vacation with the family in Gatlinburg. Found we had a screw in a tire, was planning to go to Walmart to get the tire replaced. At the light to go to Walmart I noticed the Michelin sign across the intersection so we decided to go here. I had already changed the tire so I had the wheel and tire off the car. We stopped in at 1pm. Went to the counter and asked if they could repair or replace. He said yes, that it would be 2 hours. I was surprised, but said ok. Brought the tire up and he said he’d take my # and call me when it was ready. At 3:15 I called back. After 3 people they finally told me it wasn’t ready yet. As I began to mention how they told me it would be 2 hours they cut me off and said it wasn’t ready yet and they’d call when it was… and hung up. At 4:45 I called back and he said its ready and if you want us to put it on you better get by here before we close… at 5 o’clock. I asked why they didn’t call and he got frustrated with me and said they «just got done». I would not recommend them, they don’t know the art of under commit and over perform. Sorry to say their customer service was actually awful.

Quick, friendly service. Repaired my tire at a reasonable price. Would recommend for travelers who need car service in the area.
