Went to the gift store after Christmas… to see what all was on sale… and what a change from the Mount Pleasant, SC store… what friendly down to earth folks in TN… greeted as entered… and all the employees were absolutely friendly… helped us with all our purchases… and we’re genuinely interested in the connection… not miserable… and looking down their noses… so enjoyed my shopping experience… and will always drop in!!!

Very good restaurant. Friendly staff and prompt service. Seated immediately and served in a hurry. Food tasted great. Highly recommended.

The store manager is the most helpful, pleasant and loving we have ever encounter in any Cracker Barrel we have ever visited. Believe me we have visited many but many of them. She went beyond her call to find what we were looking for because the one we bought previously broke. God bless her.

The food is pretty good. By that I mean I’ll eat there if someone else is paying. The waitress was really friendly, but the food came out really slow and it was obvious that some of our food was under heat lights for a while. I’ve had better food and service at other Cracker Barrel’s.

Nothing to look at here WE close at 10 pm. I just think in a town this big this would be a great place to build a set down restaurant. But that’s just me, some ppl like to eat after 10 pm

I actually stopped by here twice with friends during a recent trip through the area. They’re big Cracker Barrel fans, so I deferred to their choice. On my 1st visit I had the turkey and dressing. The turkey was ok, bu the the dressing was way too dry(as if it had been cooked long ago) and not seasoned well. In addition, the gravy was very bland. On 2nd visit, I had the spicy grilled catfish, which a gray color I had not seen in catfish before. The flavors were ok, though. The green beans were cooked well, but not seasoned at all. I did have a taste of one guest’s hash brown casserole w onions & cheese, which had awesome flavor, and the biscuit and butter was excellent, light and fluffy. Service was average. This was on Thanksgiving Day at about 2pm. Our waiter Joseph K. Was great. He was one of the best we have ever seen at cracker barrel. But the food was horrible. Out of most vegetables. My sister order pot roast mashed potatoes my brother in law ordered baked potato after about 20 minutes the waiter came and told us they were out of all of those items. She settled for a hamburger that was overdone and the bun was so hard she could not bite it. At this point we ate what we could and left. Not the waiters fault he was so apologetic we felt bad for him. Again all food was terrible

We went for breakfast on June 29, 2012. My group was quickly seated. The food was very quick too. My only complaint was that syrup did not make its way to our table with my pancakes. I feel like it was probably a mistake. My food was very good. Others in my family had blackberry pancakes. They mentioned that some of the berries were sweet tasting, and some were very bitter. As I’m not a fan of blackberries, I’m not sure if this is related to how ripe or fresh the berries were. Cracker Barrel is always a good and safe choice for a great meal. This location lives up well to the Cracker Barrel tradition!

Cracker Barrel is always a safe place for dinner! Everyone in our family can always find something on the menu to eat. Our waiter was friendly, very patient with the kids(who wanted to shop instead of order) and very attentive. Our dinners arrived quickly and tasted delicious, just as expected. Great dinner and great fill up before heading home after vacation.
